I got a chicken finger plate with a side of fries and slaw. I have only been here once, so I can only speak for this experience. The tenders were small and dry. The fries were cold and soggy. The bread was not fresh. It was pretty clear to me the food had been sitting out for a while, and that they
witnessed the wrong order being handed out to the wrong customer in drive thru in front of me .The driver handed the food to the passenger in that car and they drove off and then bagged back after realizing the order was wrong to return the order. The employee took the food back from the customer
First time coming to this zaxbys in a while. Service has improved 110%. Food quality has improved 110%. Food was actually fresh! Service from entire staff. Cashier to cooks to management all provided outstanding and excellent service!
Found a dark thick curly hair in my buffalo bleu salad. June 12 2022 4 pm. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to enjoy another salad from here again. I hope it was from someone’s hair or beard.
It's baffling how the drive thru takes 25 minutes (1 car in front of us). And yes the fries are cold and each meal is wrong. This location keeps going downhill.
Waited in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes. Our order was right but they hardly put any sauce on the boneless wings and gave us the worlds smallest chicken fingers. It's a small thing but when it's pouring down rain, you've waited half an hour to get your food, and are paying roughly $30
Very friendly drive thru employee. The House Zalad was delicious, as always.
This place is going down day by day. I went here for lunch because I just wanted there fries and cheese bites I have had issues here but I going to try again now the staff is nice but the food is always old when I come so specifically ask for my fries to be extra crispy so the would make them fresh
