We don’t usually visit many ice cream shops but decided to today and was happy with what we got, they have great waffle cones here and plenty of flavors to choose from, so definitely stop by here for a treat!

I have come to this place several times, because the products are good. but the staff is not the most efficient. When I ask for information about a product, they always get angry in their response. they always need a product to complete the order or a flavor of ice cream. They also take the order wrong, forget to give you the change. They should pay more attention to staff and customer service.

Took the whole family out during spring break for some ice cream dessert. We are from the NJ shore and always spent our summer nights at an ice cream or Italian ice shop, sitting on benches, taking photos and loving life. I'm so happy we found Brusters! What a great spot! Excellent choices, prices and deals. They have so many flavors and sundaes and even cakes and pies. We downloaded the app so we can earn rewards. Even with our complicated 7 item order...everything was absolutely perfect. Watch for coupons in the mail!

Went there and line was taking a really long time when they had a lot of workers. When I got to the window the worker forgot to give me my change back until I reminded him and had to go find it again. Cones fell apart in car practically when we got them. Overall terrible time.
