Pho Noodleville

I have been to this restaurant since it opened and it never fails to satisfy my taste buds or hunger! I always say i will try a new dish but I always get their shrimp vermicelli, while my daughter is more spontaneous and loves all of the other dishes such as the orange chicken The staff members are always so kind to us! Especially to my daughter who always gets a piece of candy from the managers 😅 This restaurant is amazing because the owners care about their product and their customers and it shows !

My first impression was great! They had an adorable table plant with extremely clean table and chairs. The menu looks to be wiped off after every use as well. It’s a small dinning space but the service was on point. The lady and man that were running the place both came to our table and asked how everything was and if we needed anything else. For our table of four the food came out quickly and soooo fresh! It even looked like they cut the basil right off a plant before it went on our plate. Amazing experience, amazing service, amazing food!

Won't be ordering again. The fried tofu, fried squid rings and fried spring rolls are seriously inconsistent with the pictures on the menu, which will allegedly deceive customers. Especially the fried spring rolls, each one is extra small, like an adult's thumb. And the rice noodles are hard. All in all very bad! Will never come again! To the owner's response: When I received the food, the fried spring rolls were cold, I ordered through uber eats, it was only half an hour from when you took my order to when I received the food, so you sure it was Do you do it now? My friend recommended this restaurant to me. It does taste good. But the size of fried spring rolls and fried squid and fried tofu was totally different from what my friend recommended to me. So I have to wonder if you treat dine-in and delivery customers differently. As you said, it's a free market and I don't have any bad intentions, I'm just sharing what I've been through.

So lets talk about the elephant in the room first, these folks ain't Vietnamese. The only reason you should care is that ya grouchy Viet relatives will be annoying if you take them here. But if you bring any reasonable person here, I assure you, it's a great time. I'd say that this makes a great date place. Great atmosphere, great food, great service, fun things to order. I had their beef pho with sate. If you had lao gan ma, it's kinda like that. Or like one jalapeno basically. Unlike most other Viet restaurants, their pho has fairly strong flavors, even before the addition of hoison sauce and Sriracha. They give you a lot of broth actually, which is really nice. You could make two bowls out of it, if you felt like thinly slicing your own meat and prepping your own noodles. Only sad thing is that you run out of noodles and meat well before you run out of soup and the amount you have of both is a smaller portion than I'm used to for pho at restaurants.

Absolutely delicious. We only have the privilege of having their taro boba tea but the flavors were incredible! They were short-staffed, so a gentleman came to our car & took our order & then a woman came out quickly to give us our drinks. They were both incredibly friendly & the packaging & delivery of our drinks was perfect. We will definitely be back next time we pass through!
