Viva Villa

Absolutely 💯 great food!!! I had the Chimichanga and it was amazing. The shell was so flaky and the chicken was grilled perfectly!!! Husband and children said their food was just as good. My only complaint is the upholstery. I tried not to think about how many germs is in that huge rip in the seat. It looked GROSS

My lovely wife and I were up in Greenville for a mini vacation and we have been trying the different restaurants up here. We felt like Mexican food the other night. As we never been to Greenville before we didn’t know where to go so used my good friend “Google” to help me. I got a few names back so I did my homework and decided Viva Villa sounded like the best one to try. I am glad we did . We got seated right away and our lovely waitress, Catarina, came over and took our drink orders. A few minutes later she returned with our drinks and we gave he our orders at this time. Lovely wife got the Burrito Fajita. I ordered the Burrito California. About 10 minutes later our food arrived. WOW. Our dishes looked awesome. My burrito was huge. It was the best Mexican I ever ate. It was so tasty with just the right amount of spices. My lovely wife loved her Burrito and agreed with me about being the best Mexican we ever had. The restaurant was clean. The service was very good. Catarina was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu items. I Give the restaurant an A for being very clean and was great atmosphere. The food was A++. Catarina was a great waitress. She also got an A++. All around an awesome restaurant. If/when you are in Greenville go give Viva Villa a try it. You will not be disappointed. ✌️❤️🎶

A delicious hole in the wall surprise! I've seen several restaurants come and go from this location and honestly just thought this would be the next but noticed on Yelp that it was a favorite for Mexican food in Greenville. The interior is small and busy but we were still able to get a table right away. The menu has all of your traditional Mexican favorites along with a few additional speciality items. We went for Sunday lunch and I tried the Shrimp fajitas which was quite delicious. My wife ordered the California burrito and she really enjoyed it. Both entrees were generous portions. The service is over the top friendly and attentive. The start of each meal comes with house salsa and chips. Both were great, the chips were nice and thick and the salsa tasted really fresh. I will definitely check this place out again. It would be a great option for take-out as well.
