Publix

Great store. Clean, well arranged, and friendly staff. Of course, I visited the Bakery, and not disappointed. The staff there was super accommodating. One young lady went the extra mile to find a nice cover for a cake I had bought. Bought some cupcakes too, and family members liked them so much they wanted to know where I bought them so they could go to Publix and get them for themselves!

We have gone to this Publix and recently the customer service is horrendous!! What a change. The deli is awful. Not enough help and you wait for ever. The store really wasn’t busy at all. They fill online e orders before helping the customers I. The store who probably spend more money shopping. The manager (Cece-I think) was absolutely useless. She should have gone back to help if there was no one else available. Another employee even came up to the front and said the deli needed help, that they were getting slammed. Just pitiful. Publix was always my favorite place to shop.

Publix is always reliable to have quality products, and a very clean store. All the employees that have helped me in finding products have all been very helpful and pleasant. I have never been told to go find someone else. If they didn't know something, they go find the answer. Very professional.

On Wednesday May 25th, 2022 at 10.30 am I called the store and it rang and rang, 2nd time I called I finally got through to the bakery and I asked for Jackie the Bakery manager who I knew was on duty at that time. After 5 minutes on hold I hung up and called back and spoke again to Customer service and left my name and number for Jackie to place a large graduation order. She never called me back. Went and called Fresh Market who answered on 1st ring, immediate transfer and boom order placed. If you cannot do the basic functions of answering the phone, you will for sure loose business which Publix just did. If they cannot be bothered to even answer the phone, it tells me they do not care about their customers.

I have always had a good and friendly service. The deli looks always busy and the place is clean. Like the $5.00 sushi on Wednesday but have to admit they are not the best sushi, they are ok but that's it. Since covid19 started I have to say they have done a great job at keeping the grocery carts clean as well as the counters and credit card machines. They are a good grocery store 👍

Clean, shelves were stocked. I quickly found what I was looking for and checked out. The attention that checked out out was very pleasant and professional. No wipes were available when I came in and the ladies room needed some attention.😯😣 I'm being nice about that. I know you can't control what people do when they use public facilities. Monitor a little better💜
