Third time going here. I have ordered the meatballs, the Cuban steak (delicious), pastelon and ropa vieja. Everything is very tasty, the drinks are good too and for Margaritas they make their own sour mix which is great. The customer service is phenomenal.
Excellent locally owned restaurant/ bar. The shrimp bowl was great. Attention to detail. If you like it spicier ask for some hot sauce and they bring a really nice one. Customer service was great, we loved that it's dog friendly otherwise the food lacked presentation and flavor for my liking and being latin I was expecting way more flavor. I ordered the Pork Mofongo which was very dry and the Ropa Vieja. Might comeback to give another try.

This was my first experience to this Latin cuisine. I had the Ropa Vieja with a perceived expected taste of a spicy taste with a pop of flavor. My first experience of plantain and still not what I expected. The food was good. I will be back for further experimental experience. My rating is based up

Takes a lot to impress us because we are from Miami where flavor is in EVERYTHING. Going out has been so boring BUT we found this place and it exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to one back and bringing more people with us. Must try the Mofongo & the tres leches for dessert
