Mannnnnnn... this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at an IHOP. It was a very busy Sunday, plus we had 5 kids and 2 adults -- totally expected a bit of a wait. Completely fine. We waited about half an hour for a table (not bad at all). Ordered drinks and food right away. The server forgot to put in our order. We waited and waited. Every table around us ate and left... finally we asked the server for more coffee. At that point, an hour and a half into our dining experience, I believe she decided to check on our order and realized she'd forgotten it. We got our food about 20 minutes later -- not exactly how we'd ordered it, but at that point we didn't care. The manager took 20% off our ticket ‍ Not worth it.

Our server was very slow, especially since it was not busy! We had 5 tables in our area-2 groups came after US! It was not busy as this location usually is. We did not get a refill on our drinks, neither did she come by to check on us-until it was trying to give the bill!! My table had the least attention as she, catered to tables around us. OTHER servers took better care of us, because we had to stop them for our needs. Some of my party of 5, had missing parts of our orders, and food was cold. Worst service ever. We went to this location because of the great service we've received in the past.

Service was good, food was great. The air conditioning was freezing! I dont normally complain about AC, but it was COLD in there! The Halloween Reese's pieces pancakes were awesome!

IHOP is one of our family favorites. They have a good selection of food Items on their menu. They have something for everyone including picky eaters. Server’s are friendly and attentive. Service is sometimes a little slow but we don’t mind it gives us more family time. Restaurant and bathroom is clean and supplied.

Early Mother's Day breakfast on Saturday with party of nine. Seated in under 10 minutes. Service was excellent. Food was yummy! Thanks to IHop for an enjoyable family celebration.

This is by far the best IHOP I've eaten at. My food was hot and deliciously made. I do believe that the cook put his/her foot in my food. (Superstitious saying). Portions of food were very big. I had to take a to go box with me. Customer service was great. Manager came out and asked,"How was our service". It's not often managers greet their customers. I will be definitely be going back.
