So while they're food is always good, they seem to have quite a few issues. Mostly I've had a couple of Mobil orders that magically disappeared after I gave them my code, and got my receipt. Luckily I get a receipt all of the time. I was able to hand them that, and they made the food from it. The employees are always great, so no issues there. The set up though... I guess I prefer the dining area to be open, and instead... it's like they want the customers separate, so the dining area is kind of closed off, and in the back.

Only stopped by for a couple drinks. This McDonald's doesn't off the any size fountain drink for a dollar. Restaurant seemed clean as well as the bathrooms.

We all know McDonalds, by now. The quality of food is dependent on your hunger. Long term though, this is not a place one should eat on average. This is of course my opinion based on for my health. I rate this place average for food. The service is always exceptional. No regrets dealing with the caring and friendly staff.

They do a good job of getting people thru their very busy drive thru. I did recently go in for an item, and the Mgr was complaining that no one had emptied the overflowing garbage can in the kitchen area. There was trash and napkins all over the floor, and staff was just walking over it back and forth instead of picking it up. I totally get the managers frustration. I just think maybe not in front of customers.

I don't like that I haven't been able to go to the counter and order food like I have for 30 years. It's ridiculous, I will go through the drive through or go to Burger King, they will come take my order like a human.

This McDonald's seems consistently under staffed. The team there does a wonderful job of being efficient, but service is typically slow, through no fault of theirs. Have patience.

Just had the best experience here I've ever had at any fast food restaurant ever. My two daughter and I were waiting in line at supper time along with several other customers, while drive through was packed. Everyone behind the counter was working very hard trying to keep up with this very busy time of the day. I had waited in line in between 5 and 10 minutes, and it appeared to be the shift manager gave me a refund for my food and apologized that I was having to wait, I refused the refund and told her that it was no problem I didn't mind waiting. She insisted that I take the refund because it was her supervisor that told her to give it to me, and also insisted that I go sit down and wait for my food and they will bring it to me shortly. So I yelled out to all the staff that could hear me and told them that even though customers don't share it, they really do appreciate all their hard work. As we were sitting waiting for our food I was approached by the supervisor and shift manager with three free coupons and shared they don't receive customers that make them feel appreciated very often and told me thank you again. They visited our table once more and gave both my daughter's a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you staff, we'll be visiting again soon.

Regularly excessive wait times and wrong orders. Gave up on them after waiting over 20 minutes for a burger and fry while watching a young girl (probably about 4 years old) sweeping in the kitchen (the order was actually lost for the first 15 minutes and then was still wrong after another 5). Still, I decided on giving them another chance. They did ok the last 2 times and messed it up again today. That's 2 for 2 or 50% (a failing grade by most standards). Today there was a woman waiting almost 13 minutes for some pies and I paid extra to have bacon added to my sandwich. I paid for 3 pieces and got one piece cut in half. Really tired of this restaurant stealing my money and wasting my time.

What a joke ordered 2 mocha's. Did not say anything about frappe but got 2 of them. When someone says mocha then it is the hot coffee. So sick of the workers not listening to the order. For now on will be going somewhere else.

I'm giving this McDonald's a 1 it's been crap the last few times we have been there we we have had to pull forward waiting for food like 20 min at a minimum then tonight a worker brings out the food for reserved spots 1 and 2 my boyfriend asked why are food hasn't been out she ignored us then he was like we have had to wait almost every time we have been here the last couple of months the lady then says well don't come back then that's fine we won't be returning thanks for crappy food and crappy service �

May want to consider re-training or actual training on what customer service is. Just got horrendous service, and from someone that I know for a fact has worked here a long Time and really should know better. Took order just fine, but did not say more than two words...and a Thank you was aparantly just too much to ask for. Even after we said thank you...silence. Nice job McDonalds...nice job.
