Went there for dinner with a one and two year old. Service was absolutely terrible. Took 25 minutes to get drinks. Whole dinner took two hours. Waitress would come by occasionally and ask if we wanted something then disappear for 15 minutes. Terrible experience. Saw No one over the age of 20 working there. Got to the point where we just wanted out of there. We will never go there again.

Their American Grill Burger is AMAZING! The meat is juicy and flavorful, the bread thick and buttery (grill top perfection), fresh veggies and gooey cheese top it perfectly. I'm a huge fan of their fries, the tasty cousin of the crinkle.

Whenever we got there, we were greeted right away. The gentleman asked us how many and the couple that was standing beside us walked out. We were taken to our seats immediately. The hostess wiped off our seat with his hand and then walked away. About 10 mins later our waitress walked over with our menus. Then about 10 more mins passed and she finally came back to ask for our drinks. We got those right away. We immediately order our food, which was a pretzel app and 3 salad bars. As we went up to the salad bar, the little bit of lettuce that was there was brown. So my children and I got the soups and some fruit while we waited for them to bring new lettuce. It took a very long time for them to bring lettuce, we were seated beside the bar. After we waited for what seemed like forever, we were finally able to make a salad. The soups were very good. Our app didn't come until we were done with our meal. The waitress never came back to check on our or refill our drinks. I summoned another waitress who then got ours and asked for the check. As we proceeded to leave, the waitress finally brought our app and refilled our drinks. Not worth $53 for 3 salad bars, 3 drinks and a pretzel app

Long time patron of Eat N Park, always enjoy the restaurant in general (numerous locations). We will not be back to this location, mostly because the last two times we attempted to have dinner here we couldn’t even get seated. Both times we were completely ignored by the teenage hostesses (actually once she mumbled something that we couldn’t understand before scribbling something on the seating chart and disappearing). No “Hello” or even an “I’ll be right with you” on either attempt and each time we stood there for about ten minutes as others filtered in behind us. I get that restaurants are understaffed, but this seems to be the only location where we have experienced this. A little common courtesy goes a long way, but as we all know, that seems to be thing of the past.

Got a very good breakfast , had a short yet enjoyable conversation with an older gentleman. The staff was prompt and kind. I honestly can't complain one bit.

Me and the wife were not very happy with the whole breakfast experience. Probably will not return anytime soon. Use to be one of our favorite

Food was bad tasting and our waitress had to help cook. The only thing that I could eat was the eggs but still had a bad taste, and the muffin had so much butter on it and it took over 25 minutes to get this food. What a waste.
