Make sure you watch out for what they charge you. I ordered online but didn’t pay online because it was charging me for extra items that I hadn’t ordered. When the manager came out she said that the online ordering is done by a different company/corporate & they are privately owned. I asked her what the logo said on the order online site…Pizza Hut. What address comes up when I put Greensboro, GA in there? It’s there store. So I told her they need to decide if they are going to use that site & honor what is on there or they shouldn’t. You can’t have it both ways. She was frustrated with me & I with her. I won’t go back. If I can’t put an order in and know that they are going to give me the prices on website, I can’t use them. It’s dishonest. I told her she needed to be frustrated with owner or corporate, not me.
All she had to do was tell me she could understand my frustration & let me give you the price you were quoted. But she never did. She took some off, but not down to the price I had agreed to. Well, bless you heart!

When in the area always stop and place an order to go. Blazing wings and pasta with bread sticks. Food is always hot and fresh. The waitress is awesome, she always has a smile to greet you and makes sure you are happy with your order. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. Had no issues when here, just hate Pizza Hut closed so many of their locations.

When I was in the restaurant, the staff were short handed and busy. The person at the register was rude, angry at the staff, and having a very bad day.
The restaurant needed cleaning and some maintenance in the public areas, the restrooms were dirty, and there was no buffet prepared. The buffet table in the main dining area was being used to fold pizza boxes.
I and my traveling companions left after a 30 minute wait, without being given a menu or a wait person to take our order. I was very disappointed.

HORRIBLE ! zero stars ! ordered on line ..way way I. Advance. Got there .. order wasn't done . They forgot to make some things. When I asked why the items weren't ready . The waitress changed the story to they were shorthanded.. I asked her what that had to do with forgetting to make the food, was an older woman early 50's maybe. Horrible interaction with customers. She started yelling at me cause I was questioning her answers. The. Another worker from behind the counter jumped to her aid and the 2 of them ganged up on me .. I asked for the head store managers name ..they wouldn't give it to me at first then started yelling the name CHASE. the. I finally got the rest of my food, got to car and they forgot the sauces. Had to go back in again. After walking. The door , waitress started yelling at me she was going to call the police. Called the next day , complained to CHASE.. he didn't care one but about anything that goes in in his store. Just repeats the excuse on how short handed they are.

I stopped here pretty often because it is close to work. The service is usually friendly and prompt, but they do sometimes get the order wrong.
