What in the hell is up with your lettuce and tomato for the sandwich? Did someone get hungry as they were preparing this?
Workers need to get better pay and longer breaks, that is clear. I deserved better, and this isn’t it. Food was also cold so I had to reheat it, fun stuff.
Ive grabbed lunch here several times. It's a solid 4 star experience. My order is always right. Food tastes exactly like Wendy's should. Occasionally a wet bun on the burger, or oddly long wait just for my drink, but I've never hesitated to pick up food here again.
Very average experience this time. Couldn't get my points scanned, no receipt for a survey, had to ask for a straw. SEC Biscuit and Potatoes weren't fresh. Potatoes were actually cold. Drive thru Lady was... not unpleasant but very matter of fact. I've enjoyed the breakfast very much at other Wendy'
Where is the regional manager for this location? Someone please do something about this hamburger shop. It takes at least 20 minutes to get a meal even if you're the only customer and they still can't get the order right.

I'm not sure if this Wendy's is open. I've tried three times, between 9-10 to order breakfast and I'm always told over the speaker that they are closed. You guys need to step it up. Woman at drive thru didn't listen to anything I said. Gave me the wrong food, fries were black, dark brown old and so full of salt I needed blood pressure meds. Went back through the line and was charged and another 3.00 because she messed up my order. Where they do that
