This location has made tremendous improvements since last summer. First shift has always been amazing. The drive thru line here gets ridiculously long, but the wait time is short on most shifts. They get people served quickly on all shifts except 3rd. The staff is friendly for the most part and hard working. They are slower at night, but it's likely a staffing shortage as the people are very nice and hardworking. They got rid of the night manager that was always rude and belligerent and have replaced him with a professional that has made a vast improvement in order accuracy and wait times. My only real complaint is that the coffee is horrible and I've watched them brew it fresh. The coffeemaker must need cleaned.

Worst McDonald’s EVER! My daughter was supposed to get a four piece chicken nugget happy meal but instead got a 2 piece and a pitiful order of a quarter full cup of fries! I stood up at the front to show them and get some assistance but I stood there for what seemed like forever and never got acknowledged. The store is nice itself but that’s about all I can say for this establishment. I’ll be going to another next time....

This McDonald's is so horrible the service is horrible the workers attitude is so rude and how they treat their employees is outrageous and customers I have gone two days in a row and i told them no cheese on our daughter is burger becuz she can't have cheese and they still put it and i said no pickles becuz she is allergic if I did not check her food she would of been in hospital. They need to retrain and learn to listen to customers order. I will never ever come back to this place again 😒

Customer service is horrible, cashier impatient no attention to details or order. Plain burger means plain burger, in addition spicy is also different from regular nuggets. Please inform your staff of new promotions

i made a doordash order and needed my drink to have no ice, so i called the restaurant. the woman i talked to asked for my order number, which was not available to me on doordash. i told her i didn’t know it and she yelled at me about it and hung up on me without asking any follow-up questions, even saying “oh my GOD!” when i told her i couldn’t find my number. i called back and tried to ask her again. she asked what my order was and was so rude and dismissive it was unbelievable. i’m never anything but respectful towards service workers and was just shocked by her attitude towards me when i hadn’t done anything to provoke it. she was so aggressive and hung up on me without warning both times i called. maybe she was having a bad night, but acting that way towards someone who literally just needed to not have ice in their drink was uncalled for.

Morning crew can't take orders. I ordered one large iced hazelnut coffee and one large iced French vanilla coffee. They gave me one large iced hazelnut coffee with French vanilla syrup added. 😡
I told the worker it was rung up wrong and he looked at me like I had three heads.
I'd recommend going to the West Gate City rd location near Krispy Kreme and beside Walmart.

This is now the 3rd time that I have paid for something and afterwards I was told that they don't have what I ordered and paid for. Plus, I ordered 2 McChickens with no lettuce and xtra mayo and both had no mayo and xtra lettuce. One is even labeled no lettuce and xtra mayo. How can they screw up so badly. Will be calling corporate and will NEVER be coming back

Store #1216 Randleman rd location.Just went through the drive through and got food and the cashier at the window accused us of trying to get free food . And had a really nasty attitude. Ignored us and laughed in our face after we told her we paid then asked for a receipt... bad customer service skills
