Review Domino's Pizza - Greensboro

We have ordered here maybe 20 or 30 times. Quality is typically ok but not always outstanding. Well tonight they brought 1 pizza with only pepperoni when it was supposed to have 4 toppings. Both pizzas were slightly cold. The apple dip we ordered came without the cinnamon twists. I called to report the issues and a second driver came out 45 min later. The pizza was correct but YET AGAIN they sent apple dip with no cinnamon twists. So I don’t know what they are doing up there but everytime I spoke with the guy on the phone it took him 5-10 seconds to respond. Like he showed up to work high or something. Only hope they give me my refund for the apple dip/cinnamon twists as promised. Also, the pizzas were cut very uneven and toppings not spread out. Not sure we will order again.

Called to order and was sent to an answering service somewhere. After taking our order before paying for the pizzas, the call got disconnected. To customer services credit she called back immediately. As she started to process the order, there was an issue sending it to the store. She stated she would have to transfer us to our local Dominos and we got promptly disconnected. We called back and spent 20 minutes on-hold. Meanwhile my wife easily order from or local Papa Johns while she was waiting. We will not be getting Domino’s pizza again.

This is my 3rd experience with this Domino's location and all 3 times I've been disappointed. Their service is horrible and the quality is less than desired.

This our family local Hotspot! Staff is always friendly and helpful especially when learning how to order online to get freebies! We normally always do delivery because we are just lazy! Delivery drivers have been nothing but professional. Thanks to our local Dominoes for taking outstanding care of the Drake family!!! Will be ordering again real soon👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️

I love their Pizza but unfortunately they dont care about hygiene, when i was ordering the pizza i saw the girl with the same hand that answered the phone and use computer without wearing gloves she made pizza , in this covid time every second the hands need to be washed or for making pizza they need to wear gloves.

They have their moments. Pizza pasta sandwiches and chicken is great. salads could use some work. Over all I order several times a month. Something different and most times service is outstanding. Occasionally food is cold but they always take care of it and make new one or whenever I want it. Always room for improvement.

Well in an effort to feed the fam I made a blunder by allowing Dominos an opportunity to disappoint yet again. Really a 3 star is generous but I do realize sometimes businesses have challenges! The owners responsibility to make the adjustments to fix that! So commercial for drive up curbside says the start a 2 min timer ⏱ to countdown and if not in your hands/car by then next order is free? The person that brings you your order at this location is not very concerned about it and says “oh uhm I guess you can go online or something and they will give you something free!” Was his reply. Basically a tuff $&?! Here’s your pies now bounce! Unfortunately not first poor experience from this location. I live less than 3 mins from this location so there is no reason order should not be hot and steamy, but alas it is as if it came out of the oven and sat for 20 mins dying :-( . It is my fault for allowing them the opportunity to do this to me again. My big question is how do or can they/company/business owner believe that just offering free pies to clients is a solution to a much larger problem. Although pizza 🍕 definitely a high profit item with low cost a constant flex of freebies etc cannot be a positive to their balance sheet nor their customer satisfaction ratings! Do they care? Do the consumers care that offering you a free pie is like paying you off in pizza to not say anything bad, but as a business owner myself I don’t see how operating a business with that model is successful? It certainly doesn’t operate with the consumer in mind! Idk what to do about free pie payoff for the 2 min blunder. Fact is their timer stopped at 50 seconds then app said food had been successfully deliver as I watch it sitting on the counter through the store window. Watching the staff look at it go by, stop and look again and go by. “They do know they have windows and you can see them right? By time he finally came out 4minutes 12 seconds beyond the 2 mins had passed. I worked for Dominos back when the most unrealistic delivery promise was ever made! “Yes the 30 mins or less!” Which was completely ridiculous especially on weekends and Sunday football 🏈 I mean really pies were OTD in 30 before a driver got their hands on it. I am empathetic, but realize the consumers are what keep your doors open! No customers no business! That’s my vent! Commit to your customers! Under promise and always over deliver! I have ordered several times from this store. Every time there has been a problem. Wrong orders, undercooked food, overcooked, cold when arrived and other issues. I filed a complaint each time and was told I would be given some off my next order. Which was only one pizza and it still came wrong. I will no longer be using this location. I can drive farther away to get a pizza and still be warmer than what I received today. The pizza I got today was 98 Degrees internal temperature, it also took over 30 minutes to be delivered when I live just 10 minutes away. Also, I under stand the no contact delivery, but do we have to sit it on the ground?
