It's nice to walk into a restaurant and have the people acknowledge you as a person, not a number or order. Steven and the team were great. They communicated with me and with each other to provide the best experience. And enjoyed doing so. Have a good team here. Keep up the great work!
I purchased the ChKing deluxe. It was cold, dried out and a tomato the size of a quarter. …Nasty. One star is too much.
Had to wait for a long time to get my food. Food was cold. They said it was made to order but they helped everyone else before me in the parking lot we were told to wait in. Good Customer Service other than that however.
Got the New Chking Sandwich and it was as thin as a piece of paper whilst tasting like onion rings and being the consistency of a brick. Got the meal of course and the fries weren’t far behind the sandwich. There’s a reason you don’t deserve $15/hr. The heat lamps do more for service. 3/23/2022 5:56
Best place to stop after leaving the water park for some cheap easy food. The food at the Waterpark is not very good. And it's crazy high. But normally the staff is pretty good.
This location is a hit or miss for satisfactory customer service. Sometimes they are extremely nice and other times it seems they have a big attitude. There is hardly any lighting in their parking lot at night.
