Review Little Caesars - Greensboro

If you have been to the location on elm street you would be thankful for this location I have been here twice and the pizza was cook perfectly and fast thanks

You're going really cheap on the toppings. I paid for extra and got less than a regular pizza. You would think little things like that wouldn't be worth losing a customer for. I showed the lady at the window and she said that's how it's supposed to look. Okay if you say so

Ordered slices and stix pizza and wanted me to pay extra for crazy sauce. App states that pizza comes with crazy sauce. Didn't want to argue so we left with the slices and stick pizza only. Won't return to this location

Ok. First let me say my phone was breaking up so I can understand that the gentleman did not hear me the first time when I ordered 3 thin crust pepperoni pizzas. However, the gentleman was rude as if he was answering and talking on his personal phone saying things like, "I should've said that the first time", "that's all I had to say" , then "your phone is breaking up". So it's safe to say I did say it the first time you just didn't hear it. If you are not going to be patient then don't work in fast food. Also, the establishment hire people and just because they are in a "black" neighborhood they don't hold the employees to a professional Barr. SMH do better people.... Because they also got my order wrong on purpose......

Randleman Rd location: Never have hot & ready pizzas ready, regardless of the time of day. We've been there four times this month and each time had to wait 10 minutes. West Gate City inside Great Stops: I know to always check the pizza, but I didn't. When we got home and opened the box we were grossed out. The pizza was burned, rock hard and inedible. We tried to call the store but no one answered the phone. I wouldn't recommend trying to call in any orders at this location. Update: Drove back to exchange a pizza that was burned too badly for the kids to eat. Asked the cashier for an exchange, she said they could make another. Waited for a half hour, chatting with the ladies that work on the Great Stops side (they are super nice!). After a while we couldn't find any Little Caesars employees (they hang out on the side or back of the building), we noticed that there were several pizzas ready in the hot box but weren't sure if they were orders. When the cashier came back I asked if the pizza was ready and she said "What pizza?". I reminded her that we were exchanging the burned pizza. She replied that she had completely forgotten and that she didn't remember me at all because she's got a lot going on. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable, I don't like returning or complaining about food and am always friendly. I will not be returning to these locations any time in the near future

Great pizza!! it was the First time I’ve ever seen that little caesars put a whole bunch of pepperoni in a pizza 😍🍕

Fast and hot but the crust is chewy. They need a hot and ready thin crust.

I went through the drive true but the screen was off and I thought it was useless and I went to the window but the job sent me to make the line again after being 10 on the line I had to wait another 10 minutes
