Chicken was undercooked, such small portions that it looked like a kids meal. Only good thing was the fries. Check your boxes before leaving.

The no personality service was one thing but, not getting straws, napkins, sauce, or the correct drinks we ordered is something else. I hate I had to give one star. Even after calling to speak with the manager Antoine, I got “Oh ok Sorry.” Don’t waste your time going here just because the places are busy like we did. It’s not worth it. At least at the other places, getting the correct items is top priority.

I've had Bojangles plenty of times before, but the Cajun fillet biscuit with bacon & cheese I got here on the morning of 4/29/22 was made to perfection, and the fries were as good as they've ever been. Kudos to the crew.

I waited for fresh chicken and they forgot about our order we went to the counter and to find out about our food and the cashier went outside on break . None of the tables were clean. I asked the manager that the tables need to be wiped down, she hands me a Santi wipe to do it myself. I asked the 2 female managers what happened, they looked lost and didn't know what was going on..I just wanted my food after waiting 12:00 to 12:43. Bojangles is not the same!

Employees need hearing aides. Had to repeat myself twice in the drive through and once inside. Accepting cash only at drive through but if you go in they accept cards 🤷 avoid this location at all cost.
