My husband loves KFC. I was out shopping with my daughter and he just want chicken
So we was right next door .so we picked up some for him.

Horrible!! Customer service doesn't even exist!! Got our order 20 minutes after ordering in drive thru then when I had to go back through to get what was left out of my order got a bad attitude from the staff . NEVER AGAIN...

Ordered 5 Nashville hot tenders, fries, drink, and a chicken sandwich. For starters, I’ve had chicken nuggets bigger than these “tenders”. I only got 4 instead of 5. Did not receive any fries. Biscuit was very doughy, wasn’t cooked fully, a little raw in the middle. Chicken sandwich was plentiful, except cartilage and knots throughout. The best thing was the drink which is hard to mess up. Won’t be going back to this KFC again. If I were you, go out of your way to a different location.

I love this KFC location on W. Market St. Everyone is so friendly, and always makes sure my order is correct, since I add additional items to the $20 meal. Everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. Jackie, the manager is a pleasure to speak with and is great for customer service. she is a manager that cares. This is my go to place for my "don't want to cook " days. Thank you for the great food and service.
