Review Mcdonald's - Greensboro

I know working in fast food isn’t always pleasant, but the service was poor. The front cashier was rude. My husband & I ordered our food on the touchscreen & waited to pay cash at the counter. Cashier ignored us for 5 minutes before she finally decided to ring our order up. While exchanging the cash she rudely dropped my change all over the counter & floor because she was trying to avoid touching my hand. While waiting on our food. The same lady who rang us up throws a bag of food on the counter without saying anything & rolled her eyes at us whiling turning around to continue bagging other orders. Meanwhile my husband & I continue to stand there with others that are waiting for their orders as well. No one knew who’s order was awaiting on the counter, the cashier never called out the number nor said what the order contained. And I’m not going to look or put my hands on someone else’s order. Finally a extra 5 to 8 minutes later a gentleman from the back that was preparing the food walked up looked in the bag and let us know what the order contained. The order was ours so we grab our food & was going to dine in the dining area but the dining area was nasty. There was Trash on every seat & table in the dining area. Drinks were spilled & never cleaned up. My husband & I had to eat in our car. And our fries were not even fully cooked the fries were soggy. I’m not normally the one to complain but I was highly disappointed. Considering I’ve never had such poor experience with this location. I will not be returning to this location 2620 Battleground Ave.

Omg, this McDonald's is usually on point, but on Tuesday, March -15 -2022 at 6:58 pm I was at McDonald's on the corner of battleground and cone blvd I ordered 4 McChickens with lite lettuce, a cheeseburger happy meal plain with fry's, Dr pepper, for a boy. Another cheeseburger plain. Then the 2 cheeseburger combo meal, no dehydrated onions, sub for slivered onions, med fry and Dr pepper. And a #1 big Mac combo, no middle bread, very lite lettuce, the medium fry and Dr pepper. It totalled $27.30. got to the pay cashier window, my husband gave $40.00 (2-20 dollar bills) & we waited about 2 mins, cashier didn't give a receipt nor change, my husband proceeds to next window & stops mid way, I get out run back to the window for our change and receipt, get back in the truck, we proceed to the 2nd window for our drinks and food. We were handed our drinks almost immediately upon reaching the window. And sat there for about 10 mins, no food, no employee telling us anything. Finally a lady comes to the window and asks us to pull ahead to the 3rd window and they'll have our food out.... Literally waited 27 minutes for our food. (I assumed that maybe it was because we had such a large order and it included 4 McChickens, maybe they had to drop fresh McChickens) HaHa, what a joke. (In the meantime the car behind us was parked in parking space #1 for drive thru, & 5 other vehicles were served at window and left while we sat & waited). After 27 minutes of waiting, finally our food was brought to the window. We pulled out and proceeded down hwy 220 to go home. We gave our son his happy meal that I had to fix, the burger was halfway literally out of the bread, his double fry was very small order, it didn't fill his bag and gave him a girl toy. My husband had the 2 cheeseburger meal sub slivered onions, well they were both a mess, meat hanging out of the bun, and had both dehydrated and slivered onions and no pickles at all. His medium fry was cold hard and nasty. I had the big Mac meal. It was suppose to have no middle bread and lite lettuce. It had the middle bread anyway, 🙄 and had a whole head of lettuce on top of the burger, their was no pickles on it, very shy on the special big Mac sauce, smdh. My medium fry was cold, soggy and nasty. The 4 McChickens were for my son and uncle

Marcus is literally the best worker they have. I used to get so irritated and mad everytime I pay for extra extra caramel and still get no extra caramel but Marcus I hope that how he spell his name is just lovable. He always serve you with a smile and does his best while making your food or frappe I hope I meet Marcus everytime I order a frappé

I thought about driving away when I saw how dirty it was inside. Should have followed my institution. The fries were so greasy I could not finish them. The burger was dry and cold. 🤮.

I deliver for doordash and have made the mistake of accepting orders at this McDonald’s a few too many times. I just waited 20 minutes in line with only three people in front of me (9:30pm at night, not normal dinner/lunch hours). When I finally pulled through the line I see a guy sitting in the back on his phone and two employees working. With three people and very little traffic there really is no reason this should’ve taken 20 minutes. Several cars behind me left the line during this. I know they are understaffed but with three people working this shouldn’t be an excuse for this big of a wait.

I talked my buddy into breaking keto and we decided to feast on some McDonalds. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The wait was really long. When we got home, I unpacked everything. 3 Medium fries were thrown into the bag- 1 of them was right side up, 1 of them was sideways, and 1 of them was upside down I ordered 2 McRibs - 1 of them was fine, 1 of them was nuggets- not lying- someone put chicken nuggets into a McRib box. The Quarter Pounder was tossed together- the meat seemed to be mashed and in 4 different piece

I love the supervisor! He had me cracking up! He made the service way more fun! My kids were happy with the food but they got upset bc they didn't get barbecue sauce! They would've got a five star but they messed up on that.

Speed of service royally stunk. No sense of urgency re: employees. Meal was sitting on the counter by pickup window for a good 3min before associate came by and flung it out at me. By that time the food was already cold.
