Review Zaxby's - Greensboro

I am a big fan of this franchise and really like this location, as it is very close to other services that I use in the area. The staff are always very friendly, the quality of food is fantastic and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend that you stop in here to eat. During my most recent visit, Amiya (pronounce Ah-my-ah) was super nice and special thanks to the manager, Sierra, for allowing me to take these pictures. Thank you!

Has a few minor issues with my drive through order when an employee by the name of Tamara made me feel like a valued customer and fixed my issues without hesitate. This was my 1st time visiting this particular location, but because of her professionalism, I will most definitely be a regular customer when I'm in Greensboro. Great job, Zaxbys! IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION……!!!!!!! So I am just now eating my salad, and half way eating through it — I caught this!!!!! LOST MY APPETITE! Total waste of my money!!! :-(

I wanted to make sure I shared my experience at this location. I visited the drive thru here on 3/31. I had ordered for a large family 4 different adult entrees and 2 kids meals. When I arrived home with the food I realized two things one I was missing a salad and two I was charged extra for upsizing of beverages when the lady over the intercom stated that they had no more regular cups. It wasn’t really that big of a deal things happen, just one person in our group was out a meal for the night. That night I got on Zaxbys feedback website to see if I could get comped for the salad I was missing and inquired about the extra charge on the drinks. I received a response back rather quickly stating that if I brought the receipt and the email confirmation in they would just give me another salad and fix the surcharge on the drinks. On April 12th I returned on my way home from work to order another big family meal and had my receipt and email showing the issue from my last visit to the restaurant on 3/31. I handed the gentlemen at the front desk my receipt and he said he needed to get with his manager. In less than a minute the manager came out (Thia or Tia) and handed the receipt back to me and told me she wasn’t going to replace my salad because she had already replaced the salad two other times. I told her I hadn’t been back to zaxbys since March 31st and she very rudely stated she wasn’t reimbursing me and turned away. At that time I told her I was going to contact corporate and she stated to go ahead! I was completely taken back from this experience and was in shock at how disrespectful and rude this lady was. I contacted Zaxbys feedback original message and I figured it had went back to the restaurant so I tried to call Zaxbys phone line to share my experience but all feedback has to be done online. I filled out another complaint regarding how I was treated at the restaurant by the manager and received an automatic feel good response and nothing further. This location has always been up and down on its service and I no longer plan to return due to horrible customer service by the general manager and zaxby feedback.

Well my daughter and I ordered through Doordash. I ordered the 5 pc chicken fingers meal for 12.00 and something and I received 5 chicken fingers that look like more little chicken fingers meant for children than for regular serving. They also looked as though they had cooked too long and were hard to eat. We don't eat from Zaxbys that often because they cost so much. I at least expected my money's worth for 12 bucks . I don't think we'll be eating from there any time soon after this.

I was very disappointed! I had heard this place was a great place to eat. I went through the drive thru ordering $35+ worth of food. I was told to park because they would bring my food out to me that was at 3:45pm. My order consisted of a #1 #3 and a Cobb salad. Two cars came after me and parked next to me, they received their food and left. A third car came and left, I stopped the young lady in the parking lot asking about my order. The young lady asked to see my receipt, I gave it to her. She went inside and a young man came out telling me they already sent my order out, I said you may have but it wasn't given to me. He repeated himself, I said well I don't have it so someone else must have received my order. The young man was holding my receipt, he again says the order was made and sent out. I said you may have made it, but it didn't get delivered to me, why do you think I'm still sitting here talking to you? I just want you to make my order and bring it out to me. Someone must have gave my order to one of the other 4 cars that parked next to me and left. The young man goes back inside and sends my order out with a different person. I ordered extra sauces and didn't receive them, I checked the order before leaving. The young lady didn't have my receipt and said she didn't know anything about the order she was just delivering it. I waited for my receipt and finally left at 4:15pm 30 minutes for fastfood that the staff made the mistake of giving to another driver and you want to challenge me about the error you made. Please just own your mistake and get me my food or a refund. I don't steal and didn't appreciate the way the error was handled. Now as for the food it was just okay. I can't say it was worth the wait, maybe the way the situation was handled soured my taste on the food. I didn't expect anything free or extra for a 30 minute fastfood error, but it would've been nice. Instead I was made to feel like I did something wrong. Geesh!

I used to love the zalads but on this day there was not enough chicken and the container was not the normal container. Also it was $2 more than I am used to paying.

I absolutely love Zaxbys. It's definitely a positive twist on chicken. I'm giving them four starts because I ordered a twenty piece tender and they only gave me 4 small dipping sauces. I paid .25 for extra sauce that I didn't get. Overall this is a good location. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They also move fast. And the cookies are yummy too!
