Placed online order. Was ready when I got there. However when I got home, both my daughters pizza and mine were missing something. Toppings. We ordered the $7.99 three topping special. Pepperoni, jalapeno, and onions. No onions. Mine, spinach, jalapenos, green peppers on a crispy thin crust. Half the pizza toppings were missing. Toppings had nothing but cheese. The other slices had one piece of every thing I ordered on it. I should have checked it before I left knowing this store location. I have had trouble with them before. No need to call back and complain and have them offer some kind of deal. I will not go there and should have went with my first choice. The location on Bessemer avenue. Great customer service there and the pizza is always correct

The server that came to my car did not come out within the 2min time slot. They stopped my clock with in 30secs, but I still hadn't received my food. When asked about it, the server said I was wrong and that I could take it up with the manager. I proceeded to call the store after telling the server thank you. The manager immediately said the server was out the door when I checked in. When I explained that I had not received my order and the time was not adding up, along with the fact that I had sceenshooted the time- the manager became rude. She stated that I had to file online anyway. When I asked for her name, she hung up the phone on me.--- Note that I did not seek to start a situation. But I wanted them to improve on their arrival when they advertise something different. I really did not expect the conversations to go as they did, and I am sadden by the reactions that I received when I wanted to brag about their service instead. I have ordered from this location numerous time for house delivery, now I feel discouraged by going in person.

My wife has covid so we placed an order for contactless delivery. The driver arrived on time, but refused to leave the pizza on the ground and pounded at the door despite my wife yelling through the door to leave it on the ground. I had to leave the grocery store and drive home (about 15 mins) and argue with the driver (Greg) to get him to leave the pizza. Then the managemer Barbara tried to claim that just because I put contactless doesn't mean the pizza should be left at the door, even though my wife yelled to leave it on the ground apparently that is not enough. I've ordered from many different domino's stores in my life but this was by far the worst I've ever interacted with.

Pretty disappointed. My pizza looked liked someone sat on it. The size of a few of the chicken pieces was laughable. The sauces I ordered were not the ones delivered. 0 out of 3 items were acceptable. The driver was nice and told me to call the store. They said it would be another hour to get another pie or they can credit me. I think the credit is for a free pizza next time. Not a credit for this disaster. Only problem is I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Pizza is good, but watched cook handle card payments, touch on the screens etc and went straight back to touching pizza dough and toppings right after without washing his hands.
Also another cashier was rude to another customer while trying to pick up. Being passive aggressive.

Lousy. Delivery prices have gone through the roof, minimum order has been raised to 18 dollars and customer service is a joke. This is a company that went from garbage years ago to a pretty good place to get a pizza. It seems like the journey back down the mountain has begun.

I ordered cheesy bread and hot wings. Bread was under cooked and the hot wings had zero sauce. Called the store and employee placed me on hold(without telling me) as soon as I complained. I called back and ask to speak to the manger and he stated he would check the ovens. Afraid to ask for a new order with rude employees "cookin" the food. Order at you own risk.

Customer service horrible never received my order on 2/22/22, called for a refund was advised it would be 2-5 business days it’s a week later and nothing. The lady hung up on me before I could get a name. I won’t be ordering here any more
