I ordered a pizza a few days ago to be delivered, and since I do not currently have an address, I gave the address of a nearby storefront, with instructions that I would be sitting outside said storefront.
The driver found me immediately, and was courteous, professional, and proficient at his job.
I will 100% be ordering food from this location again in the near future.

The worst experience with Domino’s ever. I understand a business being busy on a Saturday night however, that does not excuse terrible product and then even worse customer service. Our pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive, which would have been fine, had it not tasted as if it were baked 2 hours ago and then just left out on a counter. When I say the pizza was not warm, I genuinely mean no warmth at all. Which is so disappointing because we are use to Dominos arriving so hot we can hardly eat it. Do they not still have the oven bags that keep the food hot? I really don’t understand the cold pizza? It’s not a cold night tonight, if you’re wondering that. Actually very warm. We were also missing items. The dipping sauces for the garlic knots and a 2 Liter. I know to some this doesn’t seem like a big deal but, we don’t keep cokes on a daily basis so for the kids to have their coke with pizza is a big deal and I don’t eat bread daily so to be able to enjoy the bread, I wanted the dipping sauce. When we called the store we received no customer service, no empathetic understanding that we just chose to spend our hard earned money on a meal that one wasn’t complete, two is cold, and now the person who we are speaking with literally laughed when we said we can’t enjoy our meal with the items we are missing. I work in customer service, I know you can’t always make things right, there are policies and protocols however, after mistakes at least show empathy, be sympathetic, I know it’s just pizza but, we chose your restaurant tonight and with Covid, that’s actually a big deal Bc we aren’t eating out and basically you blew it.

Ordered on line for carry out. Selected pass the line inside. Went inside and waited. Someone else came in and they waited on him, ignoring me waiting in the designated pass the line location. After waiting on the other guy second Dominos employee walked away. Other counter employee was still on the phone from when I walked in. Had to walk behind the counter to get my own prepaid pizza. HORRIBLE SERVICE

third attempt at an order. 1 took over an hour to get, fine i get it, staff issues, busy time, bust night. 2nd time pizza showed on tracker quality checked for over an hour, call, told on the way, 20mins later driver shows up, tells me it's the wrong order and will be right back, 40 mins later still no pizza, call again manager tells me he's on the way with right order, get refunded, get my pizza 20 mins later, manager tells me the way the store is running it will be closed soon. 3rd attempt. order at 12:20 at 1:30 pizza still shows on tracker as being quality checked, call told its the next up and will be delivered in 20 mins. cancel order. this wouldn't be so bad but the store is 1 mile away from me, so there's no way it should take over 20mins to deliver after the pizza is out of the oven. this was a good store and had some of the best domino's i've had, but it has gone down hill fast.

two times in a row my order was not completed correctly. the second time my order was incorrect, two hours late AND when i tried to report my order being wrong the manager answered the phone with an attitude. i assume it was due to being past midnight when i called, as soon as my pizza was delivered, which i placed the order at 10pm. hopefully this never happens again.

Davina you are a hard worker girl. Davina is preparing…, Davina is checking… Davina this Davina that we were like dang is Davina the only one in there?! Lol. This pizza is delicious and it got here so fast.

Consistently burns dessert, I prefer the molten brownie but they ALWAYS burned it. So I switched to the brownie cookie and it was good the first time, now when I order its burned again. If I get any pizza that's not thin crust with more than 1 topping, the pizza is undercooked. Food is either overcook or undercooked

This is the worst experience ever. First the pizza was poorly made, then the staff was rude. Not to mention no one was wearing masks, according to the manager, they’re not wearing them because the mandate was lifted. Talk about safety first. I will never go back, anyone who prefers to put peoples lives at risk just because of a mandate, is not worth my money.
