When there are two people in a car and you order a chili & a frosty you shouldn't have to argue over a spoon! ONE spoon in bag..no crackers, no chili sauce & when we ask for another spoon we were told it's ONE in the bag! Like we were asking for a million bucks,😡 !!! Rediculious customer service eve
First time at this location. Nearby the airport and all the hotels. We ordered breakfast (it was around 7:30am). Hands down the best maple bacon croissant I've ever had and I order it each time. Very friendly and professional front counter staff. My burger was if I had made it myself at home. Fries were the perfect amount of salt and at the perfect temperature. The wait to get your food was ridiculous. I mean over 50 mins ridiculous. This was the worst Wendy's I ever ever been too. Need to hire more people or better workers. I would have gave it 0 stars but I couldn't.
Spicy burger had an almost rubber texture, but at least this store was serving indoor dining. The fried chicken establishment next door told me 'no' due to lack of work staff.
Typical American fast food restaurant!!! Service here is hit or miss if a manger is present it's usually pretty smooth and timely but if it's just a shift manager then it's usually terrible service! Yall I'm not impressed easily, but THIS Wendy's was the most welcoming fast food restaurant I've been to in such a long time! Thank you for making a bad day better and serving me delicious lunch (even though I used coupons and rewards to where it all was just $1.38 😆)
At Wendy's, I tried the sausage and egg biscuit for the first time. It was enjoyable for me.
It was delicious and buttery, with a flaky biscuit.
The biscuit, on the other hand, was a little salty; if the salt could be reduced, it would be a 5-star biscuit
