I got a soft taco supreme w/ a drink and it had more tomatoes than meat in it. Meat was luke warm, wasn't hot at all. My pink lemonade was watered down & very nasty. Only giving 3⭐'s because the young lady at the window was nice, prompt and she changed out my drink w/o question or attitude. Also because the staff wore mask and gloves 👍🏾

This was absolutely disgusting one of the worst times you’ve ever been to Taco Bell and we have received this and when we went back for the second time to go return them and get our money back the man knew what he did wrong and he didn’t even check the tacos but they did give us our money back and then after that they even have the audacity to ask him will take the tacos back down the way and will make new ones after that we would not like new tacos this is a very disgusting please please do not go there here are the photos of the tacos and we specifically ordered beef tacos

I ordered food online on the app for pickup at 1 am. The hours posted say they are open until 2 am. Drove to pickup my food on my lunch break only to find that there was no one there. Please update the hours so that way other people don't waste their time, or otherwise make sure that people are actually working the shift they're supposed to.

Customer Service is horrible! The manager Ophia G. gave my kids and I the worst attitude I have ever experienced with fast food. The food was so cold and most of the menu was unavailable. I would not recommend this Taco Bell on Summit Ave, to nobody who wants some good food. Worst customer service with a manager with a bad mouth, if I could give them 0's I definitely would.

The place was empty. I had order online and was told to go inside to pick up my order at check out. When my boyfriend walked up to the door a worker was walking out and yelled at him to go to the drive thru to get his order. The same guy also was working the speaker and went thru a whole promotional thing knowing i was picking up an order. Then the lady at the window handed me food and then slammed the window and walked away My order was crammed into a small bag that about to rip at the bottom and all my food was smashed. The whole experience was terrible from him yelling at us for following directions on their website to the way the food was bagged and the overall feeling we were bothering them trying to our order. 🙄🙄

This is the Taco Bell on Summit Ave. In Greensboro. My order was messed up. When i called and spoke with the manager she argued with me that she made the order and she used three cheese when in fact it was nacho cheeses that was used. This is too strong for my young grandbabies. Also it was 3 beef with sour cream roll up short. I had to just get off the phone instead of continuing to argue with her.
