Review Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Greensboro

This is my absolute favorite chicken place! It's just so juicy crispy crunchy! The biscuits are delicious and I can eat them just the way they are. I love their chicken sandwich, it's a great size and the bun is nice and toasted with crunchy pickles! They have great seasoned fries unlike anywhere else. I tried the mac n cheese today for the first time. I like it but it's the cheese sauce that I'm not a fan of. The top of the mac was really good and cheesy. I'll stick to what I love

05Jun2022 Kinda attitudy - friendliness goes a long way- seems like everyone got up on the wrong side of the bed! My bun was hard, most likely re-used from the night before. The food was good overall, mac and cheese was really cheesy. They could take some time to clean the air vents and honestly I probably wouldn't even have noticed the vents if they were nicer.

The drive thru was good. The Rep who handed me my food was respectful and kind...I even admired her multi colored hair....very cute. Just wish my fries weren't thrown to the bottom of the bag under my sandwhich. They were cold but it is what it is. The Flounder was pretty good and cripsy🤗

How do you mess up a $40 order? Literally not one thing I asked for was included in this order. They need to clean house and get some people that know how to read properly.

I love Popeye's Chicken! I'm from up north where there is one almost everywhere like a McDonald's. The reason I rated this a 2 star is this reason that I am about to advise. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW!! I'LL normally pull up and check my bag as I'm driving but this location ALWAYS forget to put items in my bag. Not condiments, I'm talking Sides and Biscuits! The food is good but the service from this location could be much better...

The manager on duty was very professional, quick and doing his best. The rest of the staff was trying their best to look busy so they wouldn't actually have to be busy. Dirty dining room and counter. Too many people behind the counter and not enough in the kitchen.

MOLD ON CHICKEN SANDWICH BREAD. when we brought it in manager “robert” didn’t even apologize when we brought a photo AND the sandwich back for proof. Acted as if he could not see it but other employees did. no reason his cashiers should be more professional than him.

Complaint for Service/ Store #11710/Order #41- 3228 Highpoint Road, Greensboro, NC 27407 We drove 5.8 miles to this Popeyes location which was the closest to us. We'd gone on-line to check out any specials since money is tight, gas is a luxury and prices have increased. We saw an advertisement for the $10.00 Sampler Box so we tried to call before traveling that distance to check to see if it was available at this location. However, every time we tried calling it would ring once, then a busy signal and then disconnected! This happened approximately 3 times so we decided to still drive since we hadn't been in several months. Of course, as typical it was very crowded for a Friday evening so we decided to park and go inside since the drive-thru was busy. My son waited inside for almost 25 minutes before getting to the counter. He asked about the $10.00 sample but the cashier she didn't know and had to ask the manager, he said no (of course). So he just instead ordered the twelve pieces ALL DARK. Once we got home and opened the box we found the order was MIXED!! The chicken wings were the size of my big toe (which is normal by the way). They need to answer their phones because spending over $25 for the wrong order was a terrible experience. I was in a rush to get home due to the delay because I normally check my food BEFORE I leave a restaurant. Please check your bags!!!
