Worst subway ever...won't let you get a drink refill....don't understand a request for combo and wouldn't let me use cash until I told her I wasn't going to use my debit card.

Placed online order for 4 subs and paid. Received email that subs were ready to pick up. When I got
to subway I was told they did not have the meat for one of the subs. I asked can money for unprepared sub
be put back on my card. She says that the manager had to do it and was not there. We had to pick a different sub, so we settled for a meatball sub over an italian chicken caesar sub. We literally watched her rush and make a sloppy meatball sub that fell apart as she was cutting the footling in half. I am already frustrated, but I am trying to be understanding because we are still in a Pandemic and these are essential workers.My issue is that the staff did not seem too concern with fixing the issue. I still feel that quality food and quality service should be given. I also like getting the food that I ordered and paid for. Will not be visiting this location again. A refresher course in customer service highly recommend.

Ordered through the app. Went to pick it up, was told the order never came in and it must have gone to another subway (I ordered at the only Four Seasons Town Centre Subway). The woman was rude. I was charged for food I never received. Tried calling the store, just to make sure that maybe I DID order from this other magical subway in the nether realm of Four Seasons, NO ONE PICKED UP. Pass this place up. Go eat cheap Mall Chinese Food, you’ll have a better experience.

Nasty, nasty nasty. I found a long blue hair in my sandwich. When I took half the sandwich back because unfortunately I already had eaten half of it, the lady on the counter refused to get my money back even after talking to someone on the phone. What kind of manager was at the other end of the call. To suggest not giving me my money back. Worse customer service ever. The lady even said where is the other half of the sandwich. Now they are getting a bad review that will never go away for this kind of management. No wonder the place was empty when I was there. I finally left with no money back.

The young lady was making my mother a steak and cheese sub and i noticed gnats flying around so i kept my eye on the sandwich. The gnat landed inside the sandwich and she swatted it away as if i didn't see it and asked my mom what else would she like on her sub. I told her i seen what she did and that we did not want a sub from here. She said nothing. She just stood there and looked at us so we walked away. Other customers in line asked us what happened so we told them and they were disgusted as well! Had i not seen that she would have kept making that sub and sold it to us. I will never eat here! Watch your food and the ones who make it!!

Can’t have refills??? I’ve been to plenty other subways and they just get a new cup and lid if the soda machine is behind the counter. I understand that COVID is still going on but there needs to be a sign that says no refills.

Management needs to learn not to hold up the customers that are waiting to argue with staff. Not happy with the sub they made me. Little to no meat. Corporate needs to step in

I ordered my food from a young girl which had very nice service, then I get back to my hotel and my Pepperoni is a grayish-white color.
