We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated very quickly. Our waitress was Courtney and she was great. She was friendly and very attentive. The food came out fast and was delicious. The only thing that was off was the floor has a greasy feel as you are walking your feet are sliding.

I dine here often and I've always had a good experience and the food is always good. I love the family atmosphere and the bar when I'm out with the girls. They also have patio seating. Not sure if it's open right now. My 2 favorites are the Fish and chips and the grilled wings. Honey Buffalo are a great flavor to try. Not too spicy with a little sweetness. The staff is very friendly. I order online sometimes and it's very easy to do.

Great food and environment. We got there just before the lunch crowd, so my daughter practiced a few dance moves while she waited for us to finish. Fish and chips...great taste, plenty of food, seafood platter- delicious. Mac and cheese kids meal- bland. We should have sent it back to the kitchen. Wasted money on that choice.

Food again was delicious. Firecracker shrimp ON POINT!!! American classic burger, huge, huge, huge and came with fried pickles on the burger, yes sir!!! No wait time. Clean and NOT CROWDED. Went 11:30 am. Waiter was polite and attentive. Only suggestion, dont give the bill before asked for it. It makes the customer feel like you want them to leave.

Always a fun place. Food isn good. Was a bit disappointed in the smoked dry rub wings this time. They were greasy and had no seasoning. I think they were actually deep fried instead. But my salmon salad was delicious and my drink.

I was there tonight and did not like how I was treated by the manager Ciara. We was told the wait time was 45 minutes long. So 45 minutes came. I called and said how much longeris the wait I was than told 45 minutes.I said wait you want me to wait another 45 minutes. I than went in side and asked who was the GM of this store they said he was in the kitchen but would never get him. I was than told that the manger was stand over there. I waited to speak to her she was rude nasty and disrespectful.I asked who can I file a complaint with she just wrote a number down on the paper and walked off. I still said thank you and walked off after another 30 minutes we was seated. Things turned around thanks to Ms. Jaida Davies.She was absolutely nothing but amazing. I mean she was on it and it was 2 adults and 4 kids. She was wonderful above and beyond she went. If you are ever at the kickback Jack's on battleground please ask for her area. Please leave her a nice tip. They need to find a new manager. Maybe start training Ms. Jaida for the job.

First time eating here with my family my Girls took me there for father's day it's a must to eat there atmosphere is out of this world and the music and TVs and the staff you got to go here 😎😎😎👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Service was well enough. Got seated within a few minutes.
Server was pleasant. I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes (their signature style), comes with a choice of Salad. Took too long for salad to arrive, the steak came out at same time. No bread with the meal. The potatoes were pretty good with cheeses and bacon bits, but was cold. Steak was hard to cut and soooo chewy I ended up leaving a 1/4 of it on the plate. Jaw was hurting by then. Salad was decent. Tea I ordered was good but melted down ice.
I choose Kickback Jack's to try them out and I hadn't had a steak in a while. Guess I still haven't!

Thanks for ruining my dinner! Your menu doesn't state that your baked beans contained ground meat in them. I am not a strict vegetarian but I DO NOT eat ground beef!

This place has gone so down hill in the last 6-8 months it is ridiculous. They have really good food and service when it's done correctly! As of late, not so much!!! Go back to the way you did things in the beginning because what your doing now is offensive to hard working paying patrons.

Terrible service. The waitresses all hang out at the front door talking and texting. Dropped my pizza and had to wait for another one. We were going to a show and really didn't have time to spare.

Absolute worst service ever! Not a manager but a Partner was the most rude, unhelpful, nasty, inconsiderate person over ever dealt with. The bartenders are inexperienced in mixing drinks properly. I will never go back.

Had the worst experience, and it was one that could have been totally avoided. We were seated in an area that had apparently been reserved without staff knowledge for a group that exclusively wanted all four TV screens on the San Francisco game. None of the Staff knew that that this area was reserved leading our group to wonder if the Manager Michael was taking "Kickbacks" at Kickbacks. He and the female Manager actually went to "ask" the other group if they could change the channel to the Panthers game on ONE of the FOUR TELEVISIONS??!!! (mind you, we were in NC). Michael/Manager was very rude commenting that he would change the channel when he had time....The waitress failed to bring what we ordered causing our entrees to be sent back several times. The food could have been tasty had it not been cold. What started out as a great time for a party of 10 turned into a much less than savory taste in our mouths. It was a first time for many...and a last. We intend to spread the word...each one reach one....not the place to be.

I went to Kickback Jack's for one of my favorite friend birthday. It was a party of 18 and the waitress messed up three orders. One friend order extra crispy wings and she was given something else. Well she ate two of the wings by the time her crispy wings came out. The waitress took her other wings back to the kitchen. I told her I still didn't receive my garlic buffalo wings and she gave me my friend's old 8 wings with just buffalo garlic sauce. How nasty was that... I asked for the management and received my order for free but I never received fresh wings. So I really didn't get anything in return for their mistake. I didn't eat those old wings. Nasty nasty nasty
