I have ordered food from this restaurant using the app three times and at least two of the times I did not get the food that that I paid for. I had to call back to the restaurant each time and express that they had left out items from the order. The managers were always friendly and accommodating. T
Waited in drive thru for thirty minutes to place my order and pay. Then was told to park so that nuggets could cook, which took an additional 30+ minutes. I had to call them and remind them I was outside, still parked and waiting. Absolutely ridiculous!!
My wife and I stop here when we are nearby. I like the spicy chicken and she gets the normal chicken. Meals are usually accurate and fast. Very small interior and can be crowded at times. Still a good place to eat.
Taking the order part was fine….the part I don’t like is being lied to….when the young man handed me my drink….I asked him …this should have been a large…he said we are out of large cups. I asked was I charged for a large he said no. I asked for my receipt to check….sure enough I was charge for it
The staff was unkempt. The red beans and rice were under cooked. The chicken wings were extremely small with no real meat. The wait was long. Just seemed like a bunch of inexperienced staff were on the shift and I was not impressed. Maybe day shift is better?
The food was awesome and fresh the beignets were magical. I had to wait about 7 minutes but it was well worth it and the customer service was superb. I have never had service like this before. Great job it's hard to get 5 stars from me. All three employees I spoke with were awesome. One lady young
