Love the welcome to moes greeting made every time I walk in. the staff gets the job done and the food is great. The food is a bit over priced but other than that it is good. also nice outdoor seating.

By very far the WORST moes in Greensboro . They don’t care the slightest. The food is made carelessly and sloppy, the employees are nonchalant and lack food service, and they give off they are trying to rush you out of there even if you’re the only one in the line. And don’t even bother going in an hour before closing you will get even worse service. And they pretty much break the restaurant down 45 mins before closing leaving you with pretty much nothing for you to eat for dinner. In my experience of work we always do a pre close but I have never seen a pre close like this before; pretty much everything on the serving line is put up and they are not pulling it back out. I don’t expect this until at least 5 mins before closing. Their pre close is them closed mine as well not even go in.

Freezing cold dining area, unfriendly and uncaring staff, and the food was barely mediocre. Salsaritas will have our loyalty for fresh food and great service at a better cost too.

It was my first time ever going to Moes I LOVED the food it's really pricey I believe I could have went to another restaurant and spent less for more but I can say the food was great . The customer service needs work . Also I loved that they had a contest going with a winning prizes to feed your employees in the office lunch .

Placed an online order, went to pick it up at the stated time and it wasn't ready, 25 minutes later after they took and completed orders for 3 guests who walked in after I arrived in the store I cancelled my order as I had to be at work. The refund was punctual at least

It was my secondtime, at Moe's. The staff went above, and beyond , to.make my experienceamazing. I received free queso, and two sets of chips, to go. I set up my ap before, walking in. And I couldn'thave all the functionality, of the app. But it went smooth. I will definitely, be using just this location. The kept it 💯.

Issue with not having the protein I ordered, then delivered the incorrect meal. However, the manager, Melissa, called me personally to apologize for the mix up and to ensure me a full refund would be issued and a reward would be in my account. Phenomenal customer service.
