My kids and I had a great time here. The food was better than expected and the staff was super friendly. I hadn’t been to this location since it was Showbiz Pizza. Even though a lot of changes have been made the uniqueness and family friendly atmosphere remained the same. We will be back soon!!!

This chuck e cheese is very busy on a Spring break Friday. They were extremely short handed, HOWEVER, the employees who were there were very gracious and doing everything they could to make the experience enjoyable. The Food was fantastic and all of the games were in working order. I would go again and understand the "mind set" of employee shortage. If you are not a patient person redirect your plans. If you are patient and understand...GO!

Wouldn’t recommend this one. An employee walked in while 5 kids and 5 adults were trying to check out their tickets and pick their prizes. He smashed a big canister of candy against the wall… plastic and candy flew everywhere. Then he started throwing food from the salad bar everywhere while yelling and screaming. We rushed the kids out asap out of fear he was going to do something worse. My kids were traumatized. Thanks for making it such a happy experience for them sir.

The vibe has changed in Chuck E. Cheese. They have become more digital and cater more to the smaller kids. I understand they are keeping up with times, but for the bigger kids 11+yrs, this setting could get boring quickly.

Our family went yesterday. My granddaughters had so much fun. The food variety and taste has improved so much since my kids were small. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was quite tasty, and the pizza had a nice flavor too. We look forward to returning in the future. 👍❤️😊

Visited Chuck E. Cheese in Greensboro, North Carolina this yesterday, for the first time. I was impressed with the staff, who were courteous and helpful. The children enjoyed the games and the food, served in a timely manner and was good. We will go back again.

I went early evening on a Friday. It was not crowded. It was not crazy. The staff were kind and attentive. My daughter had a great time. I suggest weekday visits, as the weekends are just too many people.

Went for a child's birthday. It was ok. The party tables were extremely too close so you have people's butts on your head. I ordered a personal pan pizza which looked like it could have come from a easy bake oven and was $7. My one-year old had nothing to do really because the games were always crowded. However, the staff was very nice to my son which I appreciated. He played near the stage and they let him play in the ticket blaster machine even though he was not a birthday kid. I probably won't be back until my son is much older and probably to a larger location.

We ordered 2 pizzas. The meat lovers was great but the plain cheese was burnt. So I tell the guy and he says- That's the way it came out of the oven? Seriously? I didn't pay for a burnt pizza. Oh, I'll get another. OK, so than we use the ladies room. I'd rather gone in an out house! It was disgusting. And we didn't get to see Chuckie either.

Awful, awful! Too crowded, food was terrible and expensive. Some of the games were broken, but you couldn't find anyone to tell. They really need a "limit" of some kind. We couldn't find a table for the longest time. My 3 year old really didn't have that much to play with. He would stick tokens in machines just to do that, but there were very few games that held his interest. We will never be going back.

I must say we done a survey while there in regards to a rude employee and the manager immediately made good on it, I do understand people have bad days and aren't perfect but when working with children you have to use a good attitude especially when those children have special needs

This place is entirely too crowded!!! They Should really expand due to the volume of people and parties they have! There is Lines for days at What seems like only 12 games. Nothing for children ages 1/2/3. I went for my grandson birthday party we was rushed for the party and then there was no where to go because you can’t use those tables. Seriously need a new bigger location and more games to accommodate different ages
