The bagel shop when I went only had three types of bagels, poppy seed, sourdough, and sesame. I guess they had run out of every other kind. I really wanted a plain bagel with sausage and egg.

I've always had a great experience here, the bagels are always delicious! And the rewards they give you in the app are awesome! I always order ahead so haven't had an issue with it being too busy.

I left my handbag after lunch, friendly and honest female employee kept for me and returned to me. I was such in rush to get to bus didn’t thank enough or asked her name. I prayed for her and family!!! I will always grateful and will remember her generosity.

This location don’t think outside of the box. When a certain coffee brew is out, you have to wait several minutes for them to make some more. Other locations have other containers of coffee ready when a particular brew is empty. Your favorite brew is always ready with no wait time. Why this locatio

The Blueberry Muffin is half the size it was 3 years ago. It is a postage stamp. Bagels are smaller as well. Just horrible to pay that much for a bite.

Bagels are delicious and the breakfast sandwich (egg, sausage, jalapeño cream cheese on a toasted salt bagel) are heavenly!

Stood waiting to place an for 5 minutes. 3 ppl working on one bagel. Not being acknowledged. Thought I was in the wrong place for ordering. Not even our own ppl. Smh

Quality bagels, but not so quality staff. While I understand they’re typically rather busy in the mornings, the management needs to discuss some better efficiency skills. They really struggle to take online and phone orders. Will not be returning.
