Went to try the new Gourmet China today. It's not the same menu as Captain Chen's but it's got some really good dishes. Real authentic "classic" main land Chinese food. This is probably one of the most culturally authentic restaurants in the area. You will NOT FIND fried rice, egg rolls or sweet and sour chicken or anything close to what you would find on a buffet or Chinese take out. You wont even find sticky rice,
