Chef Kelvin is putting Joseph's on the map! I had the short rib steak and cheese sandwich today with the shrimp toast appetizer. The combination of flavors was the best I've ever had! Great service and the chef came out several times to make sure we were satisfied. You have got to try this new menu at Joseph's, located inside of Sheraton Greensboro Hotel/ Koury Convention Center.

I do not recommend coming here. I was here for a conference at the convention center, and wanted to stop in for breakfast. We were sat immediately (it wasn’t busy at all) however, almost 20 minutes after we sat down, I had to stop a waitress walking by to take our order. 30 minutes later we still had not received our order. After we stopped another waitress she told us she would check on our orders, then returned without our food and told us they were “working on it”. When we informed them that we needed to leave, she offered us muffins and fruit for the inconvenience. Needless to say we were late for the conference, and won’t be returning for the remainder of our visit.

They charge you $20 per person for a bad food buffet. The silverware was dirty. The 1st plate I picked up was dirty. My wife's wine glass was dirty. I don't like to be negative, but some of the worst food I've had from a restaurant...

I don't understand some of the reviews posted. The food and service here is fantastic! I tried the tilapia (or halibut?) while here and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the warm fresh bread served as an appetizer.

Why do you go to a restaurant will vary your opinion. I had a bacon cheese burger that was worth every penny. I can't even share a photo because I destroyed it. The past two days I avoided this place due to its low rating and after that burger I'm mad I didn't form my own opinion. My friend loved their salmon and I loved me burger. However Alfonzo was mad at the cheesecake because it didn't have straw berry sauce. Lol

Very good! Ordered a burger and fries for room service. It arrived hot with assorted (mini) jarred condiments. There were hearty slices of tomato and red onion and fresh, crisp, green lettuce. I only gave it 4 stars as the burger was just a tad dry, but overall, a really good meal.

This is a nice restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my honey pecan chicken and potatoes. My dish was delicious. My only complaint would be that the servers had the worst time getting everyone their check and many of us had to wait over an hour to get our bill to pay it. I have to say I've never dined anywhere that had an issue with collecting what was owed to them.

We were at a convention this weekend and went to Joseph's Restaurant to "save time" and be at the next sessions on time. The restaurant was not crowded, maybe a 1/4 of the restaurant had seated customers. It took us 30 minutes to get hambrugers and french fries. The burgers were actually good but I had 1/2 my burger and fries left so I got a box to go. I pu the burger in the box and picked up the other fries and there was a medium length balck hair (my hair is blonde) under my fries. I about vomited on the table. I QUIETLY asked the waitress to get the manager and she nevwer came to the table. I aksed another waitress (for lack of knowing her title I call her a waitress) and she was getting the manager also. Eventually we had to leave for the session. On the way out of the door, I tried agin to see someone in charge. Again a different waitress said she didnt know what I was talking about but then the manager came around the corner. They explained I was the customer with a hair in her plate. She knew who I was , although never showed at the table and said well we already ran your ticket and I can't open it. We'll see if we can get anything off your card in the next few days. I'll NEVER eat there again and neither will the others I told. We have had our mid-year convention there for over 10 years. Never again. Anddd my room was $23.00 higher than quoted with taxes. No explaination nor receipt as of today, Monday 8:18 2-17-20.

Martini night in Greensboro. Service is fast even though restaurant is packed. Friendly staff that took care of us for hours. Cosmos, martinis and wine all made to order, served correctly including special requests.
Breakfast of eggs Benedict. Eggs are cooked perfectly unfortunately hash browns are undercooked and hollandaise is from a mix and watery.
However once again staff are fabulous, friendly and quick to serve

I wandered into the huge restaurant which had a decent amount of ambiance. Despite being close to empty, there was nothing awkward about this one. The theme is very generic New Orleans / Anytown, Europe with its broad iron decorations and low, bistro-style lighting. The windows of the restaurant open up to a long corridor of the hotel, further emphasizing my theories about their Vegas-style attempt. Looking over the menu, there were all the very typical cater-to-everyone hotel restaurant choices . Burgers and sandwiches all day for $11-ish. Tuna, salmon, trout,
