Due to hiring issues, we waited 10 minutes. Not a bigg deal at all. Manager did an absolutely amazing job checking up on us. Our server was super sweet catering to our needs, especially when I had ask for 5 butters for each person with us. Service again was GREAT and food is always amazing!! Another nice plus is South Ridge Mall is right behind them with other multiple stores!!! Longhorn, you never seem to disappoint us!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Longhorn refuses to seat people for reservations unless every member of your party is present at the time the reservation is supposed to start. The hostess was incredibly rude, and the wait staff who said not to follow him because he was going to set up the table only put menus on the table, no silverware no water glasses no napkins, nothing but menus. How is that a setup table? Our waitress on the other hand was wonderful. She was very attentive, explained everything as she went, and was expeditious when filling a request. Unfortunately we had people in our group who would not stop talking to each other and listen to what staff was telling them and so they missed explanations and started complaining and making comments when they had no justification to. Our food was delivered to our table at a nice pace, and the salads were quite pleasant with having actual diced tomatoes instead of giant wedges, in addition to being an actual salad versus a tiny plate with a few lettuce leaves a tomato wedge and rings of red onion. Another unfortunate thing was that I received my steak and it was cooked completely wrong. I ordered my steak medium and I received a steak that I would have to say was not even cooked to rare. I would have to say that since every other steak at the table was cooked perfectly that this was more an error of what table the steak was brought to versus an error in how the steak was cooked. They did replace my steak and actually my potato as well which she brought out right away so that I had something to eat while I waited for my steak to be redone. The second steak brought to me was cooked perfectly, further proof of my theory that it was just swapped with a different table. I would really like to give them five stars because the food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. However the bartender would disappear for long periods of time and there was only one so waiting to just place a drink order while we waited for our table took over 20 minutes. In addition the rudeness of the hostess and strange situation with the kid who was supposed to set up the table keeps me at only giving them four stars. If these things would be fixed, definitely would be a five-star location.

This place stays busy.. and packed. Waiting is around 15-30 minutes. Becuase of the good food. Steaks are their specialty. Only go here for a nicely cooked steak at a reasonable price. $$ around$20-$30. Not an extensive menu though. We ordered a bottle of wine. Cheaper than a single glass.
