The September Dinner at The Farm provided a perfect blend of excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and interesting conversation. Jack Gibson's music added to the ambience, as did the gentle weather. At one point the sun shined through one door of the charming log cabin and spilled out the other door, spotlighting the outdoor dining table. Beautiful!
Very nice place to eat. Right in the middle of town across from CH. It is much bigger on the inside than it looks on the out side. The food was very good and so was the service. Highly recommend.
We have a family dinner at Almost Home once a week. They are very nice to children. The food is great and the desserts are amazing. Kasey is our server, she is friendly and always remembers the little details that make dinner stress free. Highly recommend!

Came in to town for a horse show. This place is a hidden jem! Food was fantastic! Service was exceptional! Definitely a place I will visit again!

I have eaten there many times. Always good food and great service. Amazing the town of Greencastle could have such a fine restaurant. I suppose DePauw helps but my town of Crawfordsville has Wabash college and we don't have anything close to as good as this place.
I came to Greencastle from Richmond, IN, 2 hours away for a church function. I decided to peruse around town and try a local restaurant. Almost Home did not disappoint. I decided on the grilled chicken panini and it was both savory and flavorful. My server, Brinley, was delightful, pleasant, and extremely attentive. I was very happy with my experience here and would love to go back if I'm ever in the area again.
Beautiful location and atmosphere. Wonderful locally sourced food and best desserts around. Price is very reasonable for a nice lunch.

We recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Almost Home. The atmosphere, the wait staff and the food was amazing. From the fresh flowers as you walk in, to the comfortable atmosphere inside, it was perfect. I heard several of our guest compliment our brunch selection and the mimosas were the best!! Thanks Almost Home for making the day so special for my daughter and our guest
I was highly impressed with this place. It's very nice and clean inside. The food is amazing. Especially the "strawberry pizza". The bar has a great atmosphere.

Fantastic! We truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Brittany did a great job with our service - friendly and quick - this is so rare these days!
My husband had the mile high meatloaf and it was so good. We had corn bites and rolls with pecan butter for an appetizer. I would come back just for the corn bites! My meal was the mozzarella burger with rosemary fries and everything was cooked to perfection. We will certainly be back.
Delicious!!!! My mother and I went. I had the chicken salad and it was so delicious. We also had an order of cheese curds and let me tell you, the portion was huge! My mom had a salad and it was very hearty with a variety of toppings. Everything was fresh. Kind waitstaff and clean restaurant!
We stopped for a nice lunch on our journey along US231. I had the signature salad which was fresh and excellent, and my wife had the chicken salad sandwich with a small salad and cup of soup. The atmosphere is very nice…you’d think you’re in the fancy part of the big city rather than in small town Indiana! 5 stars!
The most amazing Strawberries I've ever tasted! The strawberry pie is a MUST! Soups are so flavorful and delicious too. I got the broccoli cheddar soup. Kind staff that cares and like how there's three sections to have a different vibe depending on my mood.
My friends enjoyed dinner here. I just had chips and a couple drinks because the vegan options are essentially nil. They have a hummus platter, but I'm not sure whether the naan is made with yogurt. The environment was lovely, and the service was great.
This place is truly one of a kind! The staff was welcoming and kind, and more than happy to accommodate for anything we needed. They have a full bar on one side, a full kitchen, and a “grab and go section” for those in a rush. They even have pre-made desserts for people like me with a sweet tooth! Not only that, but they offer delivery also! Lots of the local businesses will order lunch and an Almost Home Employee will bring it over so there is never a wait. Just another way that Almost Home is cementing it’s place here in our community. There truly is no place like (almost) home.
