Not sure what has happened i have gone to ledos here many times servicehas been good etc today called in my order took over an hour + toget it was even offered a refund but that woild not have satisfied my hunger definately not the young ladies fault that took the order not sure the issue averagewait accordingto others was an hour to an hour and a half. 3 stars is ge erous for this exprience

Not enough sauce on my large pizza. I didn't see any. The crust was "fluffy" not the thin crust I am used to. Toppings were ok. Stick with the thick pepperoni. They have done better.

It was extremely busy with a long line of customers waiting on orders. I placed my order online that took 30 minutes longer than anticipated but the managers and employees were very pleasant and took care of the order. The food was good. My kids and I enjoyed the pizza.

Pizza was hot and delicious. Made exactly as I had ordered. They left out the red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese I ordered.

I placed an order online and when I got there they told me they did not have my order. I had to go back home to get a confirmation number. I went all the way back home to get the order number and called them before going back. They told me they did re dive the order. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and all I could see and taste was pepperoni and sausage! I asked for two cups of ice and I was told I would be charged 4.58--the cost of two sodas.
