Screaming Banshee Bread is the greatest. We live part time in Greenbank and more time in a Dallas suburb. We have been buying loaves at the Whidbey Pie Café and bringing it back to Dallas. At this writing we have 1 serving for the two of us left. My husband and I are thinking about going into withdrawal after our next serving. We wish we could get it here in Texas as well.
5***** for the Whole Wheat, (if that's the one that has flax in it).

Some of the best bread I've ever had. I was blown away at the overall quality, grain, texture, water content, and mouth-feel. There's no two ways about it: this bread is world-class. And, more importantly-- from the heart. You can taste the understanding this baker has of their medium. I won't ever forget my first time having it!!
