Little Caesars

Ordered pizza and wings. Staff was argumentative, unhelpful, and tried to incorrectly charge me for sauce I didn’t order. Said I needed to wait for the wings, but there were wings ready, but not for the pizza that I did have to wait for. Tried to blame me for making my order incorrectly and Didn’t offer to resolve the issue so I had to leave with the incorrect order. Also the pizza isn’t even cut.

Avoid this Little Caesars. The summary is that they don't do their job right and took longer than a mom and pop shop. The story: I ordered online about a half hour ahead of time for pickup. I arrived at 6:22 for a 6:15 pickup time and my deep dish pizza and stuffed cheesy bread were not ready. I was told it would be 8-10 minutes. About 10 minutes later I received my pizza and the wrong sauce. Unfortunately the toppings were wrong. After informing the cashier they stared at my blankly and then presumably a manager started checking my receipt to verify what I was saying. Then after pushback they made me a new one. 15 minutes later I got my pizza and cheesy bread. Had to ask yet again for the correct sauce with my order. They did at least throw in a free 20 oz soda for my time. I guess they value my time at about 5 dollars an hour. Upon getting home the pizza box was closed on my pizza messing it up and it turns out the cheesy bread isn't even cooked-thats not melted cheese that's raw dough.

Worst customer service of my lifetime at this location. They gave me the wrong pizza and after getting all the way home I had to go back. They told me I wouldn't be getting my pizza until I return the wrong one, which my kids started eating already. I called customer service but there number is on a loop and I filled out the online complaint form. I also witnessed the guy from the back come out and get rude with another customer who waited a while to get his order, as I also waited an hour. Stray far away from this location! I won't be silenced and will complain until my voice is heard as nobody should be treated like I was today. This is bad business and customer service.
