Domino's Pizza

The management here, goes out of their way to make things right! I had two pizzas that were supposed to have extra sauce and they didn't ..... I even called 10 days later after the holidays when all my family was gone and they still made it right ! Now that's what I call customer service! You've got mine & my family's business, over Pizza Hut's any day!

No matter what drink I order they always bring me coke (and I’m not joking it’s literally been coke every time). And sometimes they forget my drink completely and have to go back and pick it up. But everything else is in good order. If you order food it is almost always done correctly with no issues. I wouldn’t recommend ordering drinks there unless you want coke.

Food was good. Staff a little scattered. When I went online to order, I was given the message that they didn't deliver to me address (a hotel for the night). So my daughter and I braved the below freezing temperatures and snow in a strange town to go and order and pick up. As we arrived back at our hotel, the Domino's delivery vehicle was pulling up with a delivery. Frustrating!

We all know what to expect when you get Dominos. It's not going to be the best pizza you ever had, but they are open late and its convenient. The staff at this location were especially courteous and friendly even with my late night order. However, someone needs to address the terrible answering system. I called and could barely make out what the recorded message was saying. Muffled, garbled, almost impossible to understand. I just pushed buttons until someone answered, and once a human was on the other end of the line, sound quality was perfect, so it wasn't my phone, wasn't the connection and it wasn't my ears, it's the terrible answering system. Fix that issue and this was a 5 star experience.
