I was regular customer to Qdoba for years but I feel they lost that charm now. Not satisfied with the taste in my Last visit to this place. They have discontinued Tortilla Soup. It was my fav part of the rice bowl. Hope they get back that into the place.
It used to be my fav food chain here.

Had an awesome burrito tonight. Love that you can load it up and it doesn't change the price. Most places will nickel and dime you for every ingredient you want to add. Very good value. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is the food was pretty good. Restaurant was terribly dirty, all tables were dirty and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping at 11:30 AM. Women's bathroom was closed so my wife had to use the men's and it had an empty toilet paper roll on the floor, no toilet paper hanging on the dispenser, no paper toweling, soap dispenser had just enough left to wash her hands. While getting our food the employee took my daughter's order, then my wife's, then started a big line of online orders without even asking if I was with the people that I was talking with and standing next to. I had to wait till the second guy finished with me wife and daughter and came back to get my order started. Obviously whoever closed on 7/9 just shut the lights off and left without cleaning anything after thier shift.

Food was mediocre. Service was horrible. The gentleman who helped us cared more about his bathroom break rather than finishing our order. The girl that checked us out had no clue how to ring us up and was on her phone the entire time she was checking us out. Will not return. The east side one is much better

They handled a large chartering order for us. Extremely well organized and outstanding communicators. Food was perfect.

Melanie and I went out for a late lunch after I pick her up at work today. 1-1-19 As always the food was delicious as always been going there for about six year's now. I always get the Brisket Burrito bowl & Melanie the Chicken Burrito bowl yum yum yum. The Burrito bowls look just a like so only took one picture.

Feel I just got ripped off by this place, I've been many times before but tonight takes the cake. Employees that are completely checked out, burrito bowls filled half way after asking for more, and one of the rudest "general managers" I've ever met. Buyer beware!

Worst visit ever. My rice wasn't cooked so it was crunchy. Tried to use the app and it didn't work. Asked the check out girl if they were having issues she said she didn't know. So I asked for a receipt to claim my points. Only there is no way to do this as a QR code doesn't print on the receipt. Asked her about it she said she didn't know what I meant. She never asked if I wanted to talk to anyone else just gave me a blank stare. Never asked if I wanted anything else. Very unprofessional. Wasn't impressed at all.
