I stopped at this location for Supper, and I got my food from a very nice lady. They were taking a bit of time with a large order in the vehicle in front of me, that driver appeared to be in a hurry. He/she honked their horn. How sad. They were short staffed as with all fast food places. I didn’t mind the wait. I respectfully request we try a little bit of patience for these folks as they are doing well considering the situation they are in. I will be back as I am addicted to their curly fries. Then also their big roast beef sandwiches. Congratulations Arby’s for being grace under fire so to speak The food was delicious.

Food is what you would typically expect from fast food so for food alone it would've been a 5/5 for what's expected. The service is what has room for improvements here. Slow as molasses and with no care in the world about it. Seems like they low-key want it to be a 20+ minute ordeal every time, there's just no pep to anybody's step that I've seen there

On TV the ad says $6 fish sandwich is bigger than McDonald's. Yes. Cause the BUN is at least a INCH THICK. Not much sauce & shredded lettuce. Not much taste either. Prefer McDonald's

I was at the W Mason location. There was no service. I wanted to eat in the dining room. No one was up front to take my order. All the employees were in back talking. One person saw me. Still no one came to take my order. I was the only customer. There was no one in the drive thru. So I left

Love me some arbys. Gyros fish sandwiches, rubans! Always good food. Excited for the new location across the street. Maybe it'll be bigger and food can be quicker.

Three stars is for sentimental reasons. In the 70's Arby's was pretty hard to find in the Midwest but Green Bay was fortunate enough to be awarded a franchise. We used to drive up from Appleton and tailgate in the parking lot with a case of $3.00 beer and 10 or 15 beef sandwiches and we thought we were in heaven. Not sure if it was the beer or the beef but who cares ? 😎 Meanwhile back in 2022 the service was extremely slooooow...I didn't time it but there seemed to be a dozen cars behind me waiting to put on the Arby's feedbag.. I hope they didn't have somewhere they had to go. The Brisket thing sandwich was pretty good for a fast food place. The meat was guite good but there was a plethora of white and red sauce that the staff evidently wanted to get rid of before closing... there was enough for 3 or 4 sandwiches

Always the same good, basic fast food. Drive through lines can be long. I would skip the chicken slider as it is merely a nugget on a dinner roll.

I walked into Arby's about 11:15 AM and was asked "How did you did you get in?", which I thought was an odd question for someone walking into a restaurant. I said "the door", which I rudely was guided back through shortly thereafter. Apparently they were short-staffed and closed the lobby. That staff shortage could be entirely resolved by customers going elsewhere.
