Burnt Offerings Bbq

WONDERFUL! Well worth the drive. There were 4 adults in our party and we all felt our meals were excellent. I had the fish taco's and OH MY! I've had fish taco's in the Caribbean, Hawaii and Costa Rica. I have to say that Burnt Offerings topped them all. Whatever the secret sauce is made them even more delicious. My husband had the shrimp taco's and they too were fabulous. The other couple we were with had the prime rib and a hamburger. Both said they were really good. We tried an order of the Texas Toothpicks and very much enjoyed them. The potato salad is unusually delicious. My husband says the best he's ever had. The slaw had just a touch of heat and was wonderful as well. We WILL return and we WILL spread the word.

I can't say enough good things about Burnt Offerings BBQ. The food is fantastic. And what variety! If you can't find anything to like on this menu, you must be really hard to please. Bring a hearty appetite, because the portions are very generous. Everything is reasonably priced, and the service is really top-notch, too. It's a bit of a drive for us here in the metro, but well worth it.

The chicken gizzards are the most softest, mouth melting gizzards I've ever had. They aren't chewy and don't have that rubber texture to them. The cheeseburgers tasted amazing and there was a lot of beef on my sandwich. The food was exceptional and very good priced. The owner is very friendly and loves to know more about his customers.

Stopped by Burnt Offerings while in Greeley for a service call. Got the ribs and onion rings - incredible! The ribs were moist & had an excellent smoked flavor. Their in-house hot sauce was superb with a little bit of bite, and their hand battered onion rings were crispy & delicious. The owner, his wife, and employees work hard at this small business to make great food and it shows. I'd recommend anyone who lives near, or is passing anywhere close by Greeley stop by and give it a try.
