Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Listen people, this is the most horrible place to eat. This is my second post about this company, but this is a different location. Both locations have extremely terrible food. If I could have uploaded my video instead of these pictures you would most likely agree. I ordered a loaded baked potato with pulled pork, instead I got a loaded baked potato with a huge piece of fat, and straw like meat which was not barbecue/smoked. This meat was boiled. Absolutely no flavor of smoked/barbecue seasoning. They lied to me about refunding my money back to my card. I still haven't received my refund and it's been a whole week. (My bank always credit my refunds the same day or the following day).I wanted to contact the health department, they should not be allowed to serve food that looks like this. I'm from Texas and I know what barbecue/smoked meat looks like, and tast like. Just totally unacceptable

Super frustrated with our meal. We ordered for pick up and both got the three meat plate. The portions are literally not even big enough for my toddler. Super frustrating when you pay 18 bucks a plate and get a couple pieces of meat. The quality also just isn’t there. Sadly tastes like over seasoned boiled meat that’s super dry. We won’t be returning here again. Super disappointed

If I could put - stars I would. Placed order for 2 and received order for 1, and the no jalapeno cheddar sausage, turkey was dry and only got 1 piece. And when I spoke the the workers, they were extremely disrespectful and didn't want to help me at all. This location has gotten worse in service, quality and customer service! Go to the other location, way better ..

Horrible! Went yesterday and ordered the burnt ends plate. I substituted the roll with corn bread. I'm pretty sure everything I ordered was at least a day old. The burnt ends were so dry, tough and stuck together (had to get a knive) even the sauce could not help. The cornbread was so hard I could bang it on my desk. I put it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it up. Took a bite and found the corn they put in the cornbread was like little rocks. You could tell it was old by the weird color of the corn when you bit in. Had to spit out every bite of cornbread. I wish I would have taken pictures of it, words can't explain. I payed $20 plus tip, for disgusting food. I will never be back! I don't write bad reviews unless it really needs to be done. Please do better Dickey's, don't serve days old food to people paying hard earned money!!
