This is the best ran KFC I've been too in Rochester. I always am greeting professionally and everyone there has a positive attitude. This management team has created a great culture. There is a Wendys not far away that is horrible and it comes down to the people and the leadership. You should be proud of this crew.
The person that took our order didn't actively listen and gave us some wrong stuff. So I was overcharged but the food was good. I work in the service industry so I didn't decide to say anything but other than that all was well.
The best KFC in the area, always gets my order perfect, no hassle like other KFCs!
I actually would've gave this location 5 starsβββββ but the customer service has been going down hill.
The food is not as fresh as it once was and sometimes they forget to give your cookie in the $5 dollar box (not good)
My kids love the pot pies and chicken strips from here. They have always loved coming to this location for yearsπ₯°
The drive thru is always fast, which is why I did give 4 stars.ββββ
Hopefully I can change that 4 into a 5 real soon... as it should beπ
It was good, got exactly what we ordered. Hot fresh and nothing was burnt. For the long line of cars it moved fast. Kind of wish they put something in for the biscuits though, I didn't think we had to ask for butter or honey but we know for next time.

The food was good, and the service was okay. The menu board wasn't up to date, or the staff wasn't familiar with the deals being offered.
It was nothing more than a quick drive through visit but the young lady who was working the counter must have thought she was in the 1980s. She was way too courteous. You just don't get service like that anymore. Most teenagers treat you like you're annoying them. She was the absolute opposite and I wish I knew her name to put it in this post. I tried the new fries also and they were quite delicious.
