I love the Co-op and have been a daily shopper since it first moved to Bridge St. So, maybe it’s my familiarity that allows these criticisms. The hot bar and salad bar need big improvements. The salad bar is boring and repetitious, sometimes even lacking a suitable protein. The hot bar is what needs serious improvements. Vegetables that are too it hard to cut with the side of a fork, soups that are unappetizing and often way too salty. I know that you’re understaffed and appreciate how difficult finding good creative's help must be but perhaps some professional retraining of the current cooks would do the trick. Lastly, along with everyone else, the overuse of plastic containers for prepared foods has to change. Thank you for listening.

The Co-op is the BEST! It's my neighborhood meeting place, and the daily prepared food is great! And on top of it, I can also buy healthy groceries--no negotiating super markets with their rows of plastic containers and impersonal checkout. Everyone has a smile.

Great selection, super quality especially at the meat and fish counter, super helpful, friendly staff. Perfect alternative to large grocery stores with an emphasis on local products.

Our hometown food shopping place. Excellent fresh organic produce, lots of good, healthy, packaged foods, nut milks, plant-based refrigerated and frozen foods, what’s not to like? And then there is the staff, friendly, hard-working, I feel like they’re my friends. I always look forward to going to the co-op, having a cup of coffee, and perhaps a scone or a cookie, I always see a friend or neighbor. So a fun place to hang out too.

Pretty cool little grocery store. Prices are a bit high (but it's a co-op so I'll look the other way on that). It's clean and has a varied selection for a store this size. Lots of interesting items. The only complaints are that there were more than a few empty shelves, though this is somewhat understandable as I went on a Sunday and this store has lots of local goods. Also, while most employees were very friendly and helpful, there was one that I felt was quite rude. He wasn't directly rude to me and as such I won't name names, but it certainly did impact my opinion of the store, especially considering he was one of the first employees I encountered.

Great food, plus it's a CO-OP that gives back to many local organizations in the Berkshires. Lots of locally grown food, delicious sandwiches, as well as a juice and smoothie bar. Their website is also very helpful.

Reminded me of Berkeley Bowl Love the outside seating and the performer, singer, guitarist Satuday, October 7th. Should've gotten his name.

The food co-op has a great selection of healthy choices for the discerning palate. Store is clean and the meats and produce are of a very high quality. My only complaint is that the americanos sold at the coffee bar are weak by my standards and the requirement to pay for them first at the registers in the front of the store is very inefficient. Ample free parking.

I love the co-op! They have a great selection of foods and I love supporting their mission when I shop there. It can be a little pricey, but that is to be expected from a local food co-op. Just something to be aware of if you’ve never been or aren’t familiar with the concept. Their hot bar is great and they have vegan baked good (although those can be hit and miss). The folks who work there are super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a trip if you’re looking for a great local grocer.

This place is perfectly curated and designated to help shoppers feel elevated. It is the place where wealthy white people go to feel good about shopping responsibly. Shoppers are buying a lifestyle but let's be honest it feels so good. Sadly it lacked diversity but had good pastries so it evens out I guess.

One of my favorite places to stop and grab a fresh sandwich when in the area. Great selection of local beer for me to bring home to NY. Friendly staff, highly recommend stopping in.
