This place is a gem! Open and spacious, kid-friendly, with indoor and outdoor space. So pleased to see vegan and gluten-free options on the menu! I had the tofu scramble which comes with avocado toast and sliced fresh veggie garnish. One of the best tasting and most innovative/memorable breakfasts I've had in years!! We'll be back!
Had dinner last night after the movies. It was excellent!! Burger was cook perfect and my friends couscous was amazing! Our server Bella was on point!! Great job Fuel!!!

Fuel coffee is excellent!! Their coffee is so fresh and i cannot describe how much I love their homemade pumpkin syrup. It was the perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon with pumpkin. 10/10 will go back! amazing customer service as well!

Coffee is decent and I'd go back if in town. The place is great lots of tables and a sitting area, pastries and muffins looked good. People are nice and the service is good.
If you are looking for a great coffee shop and are fortunate to be in Great Barrington, you should definitely stop into Fuel Bistro on Main Street. They are open from 7am to 3 pm and have excellent coffees and delicious desserts!
A very warm and friendly shop with really good coffee. The feel is like you are sitting in your own home relaxing with friends. Stop in, grab a cup and sit down for a while. You will keep coming back.

Love this place. Excellent staff and ownership. Best mocha latte on earth! Try The Farmer for breakfast. House made corned beef hash, two eggs on top of spinach, onions, and peppers. Spectacular!
Delicious food and friendly staff! The service was a little slow, but the fresh tasty dishes made up for it. The GB bowl was a perfect combination.

I'm there at least twice a week and always enjoy a real coffee shop vibe. It's even better during outdoor weather, but either way, Fuel is a great place for wonderful drinks and a tempting selection of menu items and pastries.

Exploring Main Street came across this great little place. Their kitchen was closed but I got the chocolate covered strawberry latte, an off menu just invented drink and it was amazing! I got it iced since it was a warmer day but it would be just as fabulous hot as well. Definitely a must try for your next visit!
