I've eaten here several times with friends and family, and the atmosphere and experience is always pleasant. The staff were especially helpful one day when our toddler was in a particularly bad mood, and they went above and beyond to try and help us console him (crayons and a color mat helped). As far as the food, I didn't really love the pizza options until I realized you could also customize your own. Once I figured that out I think it earned an extra point. The salads are great.

Excellent pizza. The sourdough crust was phenomenal. Very nice staff as well and solid prices. Will definitely be back! Meant to take a picture before eating but the pizza was too good.

Being a sourdough baker, I just had to to try out this place. I love that they use a naturally leavened pizza crust with a Spelt version option. Having some vegan options is certainly a plus. Will certainly visit again.

Amazing service and unbelievable pizza. I'm a huge sourdough guy and this pizza was insane. At first I didn't like the specialty pizza ideas and was just going to make my own. But I had a feeling the Ricardo's Pizza Famoso could be good. So I tried it. And WE LOVED IT. Insanely good. Cant wait to travel back and get this pizza again!

Cool pizza spot in Hudson specializing in pizza. The dough is sourdough based, very thin, and more of a cracker style like Di Faras. The toppings are awesome. We also tried a few salads and both were very good.

Best. Gluten. Free. Pizza. Ever. I was on a trip with my friends and we had to come back again before we left. Service was great. Our server was very knowledgable about allergies. Extremely fresh, delicious toppings. This is my now my favorite spot!

This restaurant uses locally made gluten free sourdough for their pizza crusts. The gluten free pizza is excellent. I loved how generous they were with the toppings I ordered.

Wow! The drinks were great, bartender was very helpful and made great recommendations. Pizza was delicious--highly recommend the bbq chicken one! Can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow. We almost didnt get dessert, but heard others around us raving about the lemon cheesecake and they were right--truly top notch! Left full and tipsy and really--what more can you ask for? Five stars all-around.

Our group of 5 bellied up to the bar and had a wonderful evening. Kathy the bartender made the evening serving up great drinks, food, and entertainment. We had a nice sharable salad and three unique pies. Our Jersey gang was well pleased and we are serious about our pizza. Highly recommend.

I ate dinner here tonight and had an exceptional experience. First off the wait staff is phenomenal. Friendly, kind, attentive and very genuine. The food is absolutely spectacular. Sadly, I ate my delicious pizza before I took a photo. The sourdough crust is cooked to perfection. I enjoyed a chilled white sangria full of delicious fruit. Very refreshing. And the flourless chocolate torte was heavenly. Everything about this place is five stars.

We look forward to going to this restaurant any time we are in the Great Barrington area. They have delicious, artisan pizza that sets this establishment apart from many others. The meals are modestly priced and generously portioned. It can get crowded at times; but it's worth the wait. The staff is nice and appreciative.

One of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had (have tried many all over the US)- toppings were fresh & sauce delicious. Love that their soup of the day is always vegan (and I think always gf as well) The sweet potatoes fries/ wedges were just like we make in the oven, they complemented our salad very well. Great servers too.

Baba Wowza, Louie. Such generosity. Such dankness. From the staff to the chef their smiles are contagious. I could hardly contain myself I was so unbelievably excited to see what came next after being seated. Their BBQ chicken pizza? Phenomenal. An unexpected free beer? Act of the year. Aside from pure tastebud bliss, rubber duckies and DIY walls sparked great joy and creativity. Mind I mention the pristine organization of their red pepper, parmesan, and plates? Well Worth the meal. Well worth the rubber duck. Until next time Baba.

Absolutely delicious stop for lunch for pizzas and salads. The pizzas are fresh and bigger than expected and the service is wonderful. Highly recommend! Pictured is the amazing potato pesto pizza and bruschetta salad!

Very delightful dining experience. I walked in to the sweet aroma of freshly oven-baked pizza coming from the kitchen. The waiter was very courteous and a great help to our party of eight. The wait for the amount of food we got exceeded my expectations and the meal itself was extraordinary. The flat-crust dough was baked perfectly with only the highest quality cheese and red sauce decked upon it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very tranquil. The dim lighting, rustic furniture, and comfortably-shaped bench backs made my time in Baba Louie’s very enjoyable. 100% recommended to anybody who enjoys a good old-fashioned sourdough pizza. Edit: They recently came out with some wings, I got the buffalo ones. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza and pleasant staff! Be ready to wait a few minutes for a table, but it is absolutely worth it!! Will come back next time I’m in West Massachusetts!

One of the top 2 pizza crusts I’ve ever had. Chewy, crisp and flavorful. Almost doesn’t matter what you put in top. Portions generous. Cesar salad was excellent.
