We walked in at about 7pm on Saturday night. Lauren was working the hostess stand and she immediately told us it would be a 30 min wait for 4 people and that we had to wait outside. All 4 of work in a restaurant so we understand the service industry. We decided to put our name on list. By the time we got back out to the truck, started the vehicle and made a bet on how long it would really take, I received a notification that our table was ready. My five star rating starts after we were sat at the table. Canay was our server and she did a fantastic job manning the bar and serving all her tables with great hospitality. We ordered drinks, burgers and desserts. We had a great time and we will be back, hopefully there won’t be a 30 minute wait again!

Revised my review the day after. While the food tasted great, and the service was good, the next day I was very sick. If you have an iron stomach that won't bother you, but I'm very sensitive to food that isn't cooked well/handled properly. I won't be trusting them again. Note: my burger was ordered medium well. I didn't order any undercooked food.

Food were all fresh. Our waiter was very attentive, refills were on time. The restroom was clean. All in all, I highly recommend this place. We also recommend The towering onion rings for appetizer & cinnamon sugar doh for dessert. For our main entree, I had the royal burger while The Hubs had black & blue and we both loved them. As for the kids, my little gal had the corn doggies w/the chips while my son had the kids' cheeseburger w/steak fries - again, they were on point and the kids definitely approved 👍👍👍.

When we came in, we were asked to wait outside for 10 minutes which was fine. But as soon as we got seated, we understood why. They were understaffed so it took our waiters almost 15 minutes to get to our table. They brought our drinks out really fast. But when I got my burger, I asked the waiter about it because it was wrapped in lettuce even though the description didn't say that. I didn't want to make a big deal so I didn't ask for the menu to double check but I'll definitely pass next time. It had waay too much mayonnaise on the bottom & a whittle guac on top. My boyfriend also never got his refill on his drink or side of fries. & we never saw the ketchup we asked for when we ordered. So we eventually asked for the check when he came to our table. This was my first time eating Red Robin and it was a huge disappointment for how expensive everything was.

If you're in the neighborhood or staying at the Great Wolf, you've gotta stop by! Great price Unlimited fries and strides Really tasty The kids loved the food Real strawberries! By the way, Steve was an amazing host. He definately needs a raise. Good people are hard to find and he is the kind of person who will keep families like ours coming back for years to come!

I ordered the fried pickles. They were real greasy and the coating or batter they use isn't the best. Service is ok but the girl taking phone orders repeated my order an still got it wrong when I only ordered fries and fried pickles. The bartender Paul was awesome. I gladly gave him a tip while waiting for my order to be corrected. I won't order the fried pickles ever again tho🤢

Burgers always good. Love the onion rings. Paid $8 for spiked freckled lemonade, for that price you should be able to taste a hint of liquor. I tasted absolutely none Taste just like the regular freckled lemonade.

Seated and drink/appetizer orders taken quickly. Sat around long time for 2 waters, 1 kid's chocolate milk, and 2 beers - each came separately and chocolate milk came after 2 beers received...which was after waiter came back to get different beer orders since they were out of original beer requested. Fried pickles were good, but after we sat for 20 minutes before the waiter came back to get dinner order, even though he dropped food off to surrounding tables, we asked for check. He seemed surprised. Spent total of 45 minutes there and didn't even get to eat dinner.

My wife and I decided to come here for lunch. $33 not including tip. 2 mediocre burgers and 1 drink (iced tea) and 1 kids meal. The atmosphere is old, and not in a charming way. We both ordered Royal Red Robin burgers, and asked for our eggs over easy. The eggs were over hard and the meat was extra well done. I had fries as a side, and literally had 5 on my plate. I was going to order more, but it took so long for our server to come back, I lost interest. There are a lot of better places out there for the money.

Went at 5pm on a Saturday. You would THINK drink orders could be filled at a reasonable rate, not here. Service started out poor and continued to get worse. Despite not being busy at all, drinks were empty and it took way too long to even see our waiter. Food is fine but not worth going back.

Great food, but I pay with cash. I had to finally go locate my waitress to get our check. We had finished eating and waited approximately twenty minutes and she never came back around. I can get better service and same quality of food elsewhere.

This place has horrible service! Our waitress repeatedly walked by us several times and never asked if we needed anything. Meanwhile back on the farm at the next 2 tables around us they were being served impeccably. Safe to say that I will not be returning to this dump!

Red Robin in Grapevine needs a facelift. The food is great but, the service was super slow our server was very polite but, he looked warnout. Restaurant itself looks so Outdated, Red Robin needs to step up and remodel this Grapevine location dimming the lights don’t help hide the warnout carpet and decore. My wife and I eat at the Brand New Red Robin in Fort Worth across from the Alliance Town Center every other Friday. The restaurant is brand new and the staff is great and the food service is quick. Step up Grapevine owners and get this location looking good once again.

We are evacuees from hurricane Harvey & Red Robin paid for our lunch! Brought us to tears, it was so touching my family & I are so stressed we live in between Houston & Galveston. The waitress was one of the best I've ever had! God bless the waitress & the management for being a blessing from God � I can't say enough good things about this restaurant

2 Stars but our server Carly was worth 5. For starters, the table was fairly gross. They seemed to be wiped with soaked rags versus fresh spray and clean cloths. Next, the polyurethane was cracking which pretty much grosses me out every time I see this. They need to be replaced or refinished. The teas and onion rings were good. Then when our food came out, we each took a bite of our own burgers and they were room temperature at best. Carly quickly addressed this and had our meal remade. The new burgers arrived and were satisfying. But the odds of us returning to this location are slim...

I have the BLTA sandwich today with fries. It was totally not what I expected. There was about a half of head of lettuce on the sandwich Maybe two strips of bacon comma and two very very thin slices of turkey. I was so disappointed in the sandwich. Last week I had that hamburger the blue Burger which was outstanding. However I would never or the blta sandwich again. Just FYI, you may want to add more bacon, and less lettuce. And my steak fries were cold today

The service was sub par. My family member had to get our own silverware. Food was left on the warmer for over 10 minutes. The place was practically empty and it took us forever to get service from our waitress. The food is delicious but the crappy service will keep me from coming back.

Very nasty. Cheap burger. Fries were the big wedge kind which is very unpopular. Drunk food definitely but not good for a dinner or lunch meal.
