Review The Broadway Pub - Granville

My family and I ate here on Memorial day,it was very busy but they managed very well. Started with drinks the guys had beer, my sister and I had lemonade and my niece had wine. I was the only one who had a salad, nice, crisp and fresh. Then onto our entrees. I had the Philly cheese steak- nice,hot cheesy. My husband had the fish and chips-large batter dip fillet very hot and crispy, my nephew had the meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My niece had the hummus wrap-- very full wrap, my sister had a club sandwich with chips big sandwich and my brother in law had one of the big burgers. Everything looked delicious but I can only speak for my Philly cheese steak and my taste of the fish. All in all a very good experience!

Very cool little place, the weather was perfect and we had seats by the big open windows at the front of the restaurant. Service was great, friendly staff, clean. Ordered the pub Mac and cheese with chicken. Highly recommend!

This has been a Granville staple for my family and friends. The beer selection has always been solid and refreshing with new flavors to try. Food is the same way. However since the change in management, everything feels lacking. Service is great. Wait staff and bar staff are friendly and enjoyable. However food is hit or miss in how it’s prepared. Takeout has either missed food items and I need to return or prepared incorrectly. The staff have been the same for a while so I wonder if the change is from the top down. I look forward to editing this review to 5 stars but for now we will be ordering from here less often.

This place was hopping for a Monday night, but many other establishments are closed on Monday nights. Despite the hustle and bustle, the service and food were exceptional.

Staff very friendly, atmosphere was very good. Great looking place and good food! Next time I'm visiting Granville I will be making a trip here to eat again.

Great food and good draft list. Nashville hot chicken sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere is awesome. I'm not usually a salad guy, but their salad was pretty good. We'll be back for sure. ***Edit while the chicken sandwich was good the boneless wings with Nashville Hot flavor was underwhelming.

Excellent local spot for a bite to eat. Stopped in at the height of the lunch hour - no tables available but the bar was wide open. The bartender (Cassi) did an awesome job hustling behind the bar. She kept up on our drinks, got our orders correct, and was very pleasant without going overboard. Even with the busy rush she stayed on top of things. Being a cold and rainy day when we were there, soup and a sandwich was perfect for warming us up. The Cheddar Ale soup was excellent as were the Bourbon Melt and the Hot Chicken sandwiches we had to go with it. The bar was fine to sit at and a great option given how busy the place it. There were two people who were waiting for a table when we came, and were still waiting when we came out almost an hour later.

We love coming here and the service is always great, but we just wish they brought back specials. They were always so good and we looked forward to what they would have but now they'll have specials once in a blue moon. Also wish they'd change up the feature vegetable so it's not always asparagus

My family of 6 ate here and EVERYTHING was delicious! It had a nice selection of beers but it is very family friendly. Some of the best food I've had in a long time!

Started Out Good But Ended in Disappointment. First few times we went to Broadway Pub it was great. My husband had the gumbo and really enjoyed it. I like wings and their's are better than average. The atmosphere was nice but the wait staff seemed less than average. However the last time we went there he ordered gumbo and got a bowl of rice with a little broth and almost no meat. There was a grand total of 2 shrimp in the entire bowl. When he pointed it out to the waitress, she said that was how it always was and walked away. Her response was untrue at best and, more probably, a rude lie at worst. I can handle bad service if the food is good but why bother if it is bad.

Probably the best food in Granville if we nix the exclusive Buxton and Granville Inns. Definitely wins the tense rivalry with Brews in the food department, might be beat on the beer. Friendly staff, decent pricing. The wings are just awesome! Best I've had in Ohio, excluding the world-renowned Winking Lizard. Very crowded -- come early/prepared to wait.

A favorite in the village of Granville, Ohio. We have been happily eating at the Broadway Pub for years. Saturday evening we ate there with friends. The server was terrific. Our drinks were served promptly. Our food was outstanding. The meatloaf dinner was beautifully plated. My spinach salad was perfect. The sandwiches were very good. The Broadway Pub is worthy!!

Great place. Will come back again. Meatloaf sandwich looked outstanding. Salads were large and nice selection of beers. Service was very friendly and knowledgable of their product.

Great place to eat. Best food in Granville. When we have visitors from out of town we always take them to the Broadway Pub for lunch or dinner. No one has been disappointed in their food. It's a little noisy for dinner conversation but other than that we always have a nice time.

Pub Club Sanwich needs help, Happy Hour ROCKS!. Broadway Pub is HANDS DOWN our favorite place in Granville. The Happy Hour is great. We've always felt their Pub Club was THE best EVER, until the last 2 times we went there. The sandwich is smaller & more generic than one from a Frisch's, or some similar place. The ham was one tiny slice, and the toast touched each other all the way around!! Get the picture??? The servers are great, the music is great ( turn it up a little) and we hate that our sandwich sucks!!

Favorite place in Granville. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and a full bar (which Brews only has on the third floor hell hole). Amazing burgers and pastas. Love the new guacamole and black bean egg rolls.
