EXCELLENT BBQ shack!! Apple wood smoked meats smoked on site daily. Small, concise menu. Pricey but worth it for the fresh, savory taste! Small selection of homemade pepper jellies, pickled eggs, etc. are also available. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking. Easy access from I81, next to the
Delicious food and not that expensive compared to other BBQ joints I've been to. The service was quick and friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I wish I lived closer, I would be here all the time.
Rude staff and overpriced food. "Platter with 3 meats and 2 sides" for almost $30 is of laughable size, plus mind that if the place runs out of something and you ask for "2 servings of brisket then and 1 serving of pulled pork" (so 3 types in total), you will be asked to pay $2.50 extra, because "Br
Just off I81 exit 79 in PA. We live in WV but take advantage of eating the best BBQ in 3 states when we pass through. Get here early. They sell out quick. Portions are huuuuuge. Music is loud. But since your mouth will be full you won't need to talk to anybody.
This is THE place for BBQ in central PA. The menu is always evolving but my favorite is the pulled pork. This place has character unlike any other, great music is always playing. Bring your favorite beer too, BYOB! If you follow their social media keep an eye out for when they do breakfast, it's ama
Very, very good BBQ with some of the best sauce I've ever put in my head! We had brisket and ribs with several sauces on the side and the Hell In A Bucket sauce was to die for! Also, Anna Mae's slaw is mind-blowing!
Was passing through town and decided to make a pit stop. Food was pretty good. Although it's open limited hours, place was pumpin!
I'm from the south and let me tell you when I was introduced to this hidden gem, I was taken home at first bite! Bring an empty belly and a big appetite because it will be worth every red can't I promise. This is by far one of the beat BBQ joints in PA. I highly recommend this place.
