Subway

today 1/15/21 out for a drive and stopped to get a sub to eat on the way but when i got inside there were three people inside none of them wearing a mask one behind the counter making subs and leaning over the food talking to the other two people my first thought wear are your masks and around food that others are going to eat hell no! not getting a sub here and I left. Don't you care about the people you are serving and keeping you in business. I guess not.

Don’t waste your time here, unless you want someone to walk out of the bathrooms, touch their face to put their mask back on, then proceed to NOT wash their hands and help people. Or if you want to see one employee help every customer while three other employees do nothing in back. Poor excuse for customer service

Most of the time that I come to Subway in Grantsville our orders are perfect and the food is great. Tonight we ordered and all our toppings were forgotten. Is that an untrained employee or someone doing it on purpose? Would loved to have had my full sandwich today for my order and so would the rest of my family!

I always go in to this location early in the day. The girls there in the morning/afternoon always do an exceptional job on my sandwiches! They’re made to perfection. The night shift however has always been horrible. For years it seems like they could not get a good night staff. They would continue to complain while making your food about how long their shifts are and how busy they’ve been. They’re so tired... and then they’d mess up your order anyhow. And how dare you try to correct them. Tonight I ordered online which has been a nightmare in the past, but I took a chance. I have to say, whomever they have working nights right now knows how to make an amazing sandwich!!! Good job!! It’s so nice to feel like I can go in ,in the evening, and still get the same service as the morning crew.
